Flavour and Quality was Extremely good!

We had all you can eat fish n' chips and thought the food was really excellent! Light batter, not greasy. Fries were Skin-on and crispy. Kids ordered chicken fingers and the c-dog (battered but not with corn batter). They enjoyed the options and the flavour was really good.. We just let the... read more

Lightly battered halibut was perfectly cooked. Very yummy. Personally would prefer my fries cooked a little longer but they were cooked through so no true complaints.

We don't stray too far off the beaten path when it comes to new places to eat...Okay, let's try C-Lovers....in all, a pretty down-home type of décor. Fish and chips were...well, fish and chips...not sure how you can improve on a western staple. We had to ask for lemon, and ketchup, something we would expect to accompany the meal. Service... More

Nice batter and good portion of fish, I'm a fan of halibut and they have a dinner for two that is a good way to sample their other items on the menu. Their sauce is tasty and I'm told made in house and their coleslaw is always tossed fresh. The only beef I have is that when you do take... More

Stopped by chance looking for a quick meal. Empty restaurant, we decided on just getting take out. We both ordered a halibut burger. Cooked well, small piece of fish was barely noticeable in a huge bun and covered in coleslaw. Neither of us cared for this.

Good fresh tasting fish cooked professionally. The pricing is very reasonable and the refurbished restaurant area is comfortable and spacious.

I had the Oyster Burger, deep fried pickles, and a piece of Halibut... all were REALLY GOOD! The bun was magnificent, like the 1970's whitespot hamburger bun - only BETTER. Pickles were nicely seasoned, lightly battered, and perfect with the ranch dip.

On the recommendation from a friend, we tried this eatery for the first time. There was lots of seating and the resturant was very clean. We were greeted quite quickly and our meal was served in a very timely manner. The taste and texture of the fish was fantastic, as well the portions were good size. The chips were freshly... More
