Agrius is an organic restaurant. All of our meat is naturally raised here in BC, and we use only organic produce and dairy. We take pride in building personal relationships with the farmers, ranchers, fisheries, foragers and suppliers we deal with, and go to great lengths to source only the highest quality organic ingredients.

But it was worth the wait! We had the kitchen tasting menu with wine pairing...More
