A great margarita for $4 and half price nacho (huge) with a great atmosphere.....you can't go wrong! They have a selection of drinks for $4 but i recommend the margarita.

This place has pretty good food. I probably wouldn't have gone here if we weren't staying right next door but it was convenient.

Visited for lunch with friends, while staying at a nearby hotel. I enjoyed the salmon burger on the menu and it was good. The service was good. The location is convenient. There was nothing negative about the experience, just average overall. The same sentiment was shared by friends who had the nachos, quesadilla and bean soup.

Conveniently located near the harbour, Santiago's captivated us with its outdoor patio, excellent coffee and breakfast choices and superb tortilla chips and homemade salsa. We came here often and got to know both owners quite well.

Was ok kind of bland in my opinion, house wine was good and the owner was friendly. I had the nachos with chicken and pesto, salsa was good but guacamole needed more flavour. Hubby had the burrito which could of used more spice also

This restaurant is located in the Inner Harbour area of Victoria. We were pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost of our meal. Be sure to take in the Happy Hour. Drinks are very reasonably priced.

The margarita had to be from a mix and wasn't very tasty. The food was bland and boring. I had a burrito and it came with 1/2 a plate of taco chips, but no salsa. The burrito was filling so I did,t leave hungry, but there was no offer of any hot sauce or any way too spice it up... More

The margaritas were made from a mix and way too syrupy. The salsa was pathetic. Meals were overcooked and came with hard chips and no beans or rice or a bit of greens. One person like her hamburger. Waitress tried hard to do a good job.

Close to the hotel where we were staying, this unassuming place did fantastic breakfasts and evening meals. Friendly staff (lady originally from Liverpool) who were chatty, polite and welcoming. Food not the absolute best I have ever had but was well cooked and filling

Been here a few times and I have always enjoyed my meal. Staff is friendly and attentive. We arrived quite late and the waitress was friendly and did not rush us at all. Which we really appreciated and therefore gave her a good tip as it was almost closing time.
