They did a very good job on a really busy Saturday night. We had Romaine salad, duck breast and pork belly, and can recommend them all.

This was my first trip to Victoria, and I did a fair amount of scouting for places to visit ahead of time. Café Brio was my pick for our special dinner night because the menu looked interesting, reviews were good, and the atmosphere looked appealing....More

I have been coming here for special dinners since they opened - oh like 15 years ago. I am always iffy, as I feel its very pricey for what you get. Recently we went for a family celebration, party of 20 and this was awesome!...More

Visited Cafe Brio recently during our visit with relatives. I particularly appreciated that they offered half orders of pasta which was delicious. Everyone in our party greatly enjoyed the experience. Great food, cocktails and ambiance! Lively without being too loud.

Really wanted to like this place. It is cute and funky. I love the idea of being able to order half orders--an idea other restaurants should adopt. The welcome is warm and the service friendly---but the food is not good. Two of us ordered pasta...More

Had a nice dinner here, the food was good. Menu is quite unusual and you can have 1/2 portions to allow you to try different things. The roast chicken was very good, the spaghetti a bit ordinary. Choc tart & lavender ice cream was lovely...More

My partner and I have been coming here for almost a year now and I'm ashamed not to have written a review earlier... At each and every visit, owners Greg and Silvia always take great care of us and treat us like family. The food...More

This is a slick operation, good servers, great Head Man, very good food and at a reasonable (but not cheap) price. Ambience is very good, buzzy and with a good range of age of diners. Nothing on the menu disappoints (we have eaten twice in...More

We just got into town on a Friday evening with no reservation - and we squeaked in to be seated at the bar. Lucky us! The bartender was poetry in motion, and amazing to watch. She made excellent recommendations for food and beverage pairings. Handmade...More

We were able to have an outside table which makes the atmosphere more appealing to us. Service and meal were great-again.

We brought our own wine to Brio, no worries. I had called ahead. I think the corkage fee was $20 but it may have been $15.
