We went early and were a bit nervous because it was so quiet. We needn't have worried - it was full to bursting before we left and easy to understand why. The pasta was quick, delicious, plentiful and well-priced. The wine was also good and well-priced. The staff, though rushed off their feet, did a fine job.

We have eaten here twice this year, once in April and once in October. We enjoyed the first visit and were not disappointed in the second. The food is consistently good both our different meals were well prepared and tasty. Without wine the meals are reasonably priced. There appeared to be little wine selection below $40 a bottle which I... More

Nearly walked past this restaurant as it is above the shops. So glad we saw it. Needs a more prominent sign although if you are on the other side of the street and look up to first floor level you can see it. It was early evening and we had not booked a table. No problem they accommodated the 3... More

Had mussels for my starter in a tomato sauce which was outstanding followed by duck breast main which left a lot to be desired, tough and flavourless. Should have chosen one of their pasta dishes!!, found it peculiar we weren't offered drink or dessert menu but overall a very pleasant experience and great atmosphere..

This restaurant is upstairs over Coyote Cafe. It is one large, rather attractive room, but a bit noisy for us. They brought us bread with a red sauce which would have been great if they were served warm instead of cold. We shared a cold antipasto dish which was ok, but everything tasted like it was marinated in the same... More

We decided to make the trek downtown to have a nice dinner out on a Saturday night and chose Zefferelli's. We arrived fairly early for our reservation but were seated within a few minutes of arrival. The restaurant is quite loud as has been mentioned in other reviews but was also quite intimate for couples and proved to be no... More

Zefferelli's was recommended to us by our hotel staff. It is located on Robson Street. The restaurant is a little hard to find. The restaurant sign is downstairs while the restaurant is upstairs. Good menu and the food is excellent. Wonderful service. Reservations are a good idea. Highly recommend eating here while visiting Vancouver.

We went in for a dinner after checking tripadvisor. Nice place and even during the week it was busy! We did not had a reservation, however the hostess was so kind to inform us that she needed to check and we had to wait for 10-15 minutes. We did and it was absolutely worth it. Good meal, great personnel who... More

Turned up at 6.30 on a Saturday night. Place was buzzing and we didn't have a reservation. We were squeezed in at the bar (fine by me!) and brought a bread & salsa appetizer. I ordered the salmon linguine, he ordered the penne al pomodoro. Both were great but the salmon was fantastic, in a delicious cream sauce. A glass... More

Fabulous surprise - you walk up a barren staircase and pull open a beaten door to reveal a quaint Italian restaurant. The food was excellent and the service exceptional.
