4 of us ordered different meals and all were great. Servers were courteous and efficient. Meal came out quickly. We will be back.

Mounted the flight of stairs from the street, and found a comforting dining room with Swiss style chairs and a n unassuming floor to ceiling wine wall. My table overlooked busy Robson street. I appreciated the open windows that looked into the summer tree tops....I enjoyed a hearty plate of tortellini alla Gorgonzola paired with a Pinot Noir. The house accommodated my request for a half order of grilled vegetables. These were deliciously grilled and varied. Service was professional yet congenial - and very quick. I would return, and do recommend Zefferelli’s to friends.More
We stumbled on this wonderful place by chance - it looks nothing from the outside but go up the stairs to experience really great Italian food in a great atmosphere. Two pieces of advice - book before you go as we were really lucky they...could fit us in and make sure you are hungry - really generous portions.More
Decent Italian restaurant hidden away upstairs on Robson Street, although actually quite a big dining room . Reasonable prices for Downtown and generous portions. Menu is primarily pasta with some meat and fish dishes. Not much in the way of pizza. Enjoyable meal.
Had a great dinner at this restaurant. The owner Alberto was very accommodating even when restaurant was full and busy! Quick service, large portions. Can’t wait to go back. Food was delicious, servers were friendly.
We are big fans of Italian cuisine - our go-to place in Toronto has always been Kit Kat in the entertainment district until it sadly closed (and COVID) To our delight we found an even better place in Zefferelli's - the ambience and food were...delightful. From our attentive server who moved us next to an open window when that table vacated to the wonderful flavors of the food/pasta and (house) wine - it satisfied beyond expectation. The only bad thing I have to say it is too far from Toronto :) Thanks for a great memory while on vacation!More
We stopped in for lunch while walking the shops on Robison. Captured by the lunch special sign on the street and didn’t know what to expect when walking up a long staircase to a blank doorway. It was exceptional. We had the lunch special, Chicken...Piccata and the beet salad. Both very large portions, excellent service and well priced. The Piccata was outstanding, would highly recommend!More
We had a wonderful time and both me and my wife totally enjoyed our dinner. I loved the Os so bu co and it was very big dish, I had to take it home. Good food, good service overall. Thank you.
Made a reservation for the restaurant and went a half hour early. They had no record of it but got us in. I could decide between the crab and lobster ravioli or the carbonara. Pam, the fantastic server, suggested we split the ravioli as an...appy and have the other dishes. Very good suggestion. Thouroughly enjoyed the meal. Never disappointed here. Met people outside after, they said the same. Isn't a trip to Vancouver without a stop here.More
You can’t go wrong eating at this restaurant - quality food and exceptional service (thank you Nick!). I had the special which was halibut with pine nuts in brown butter sauce and a very generous (and delicious) side of roasted veg and potatoes and my...husband had the chicken parmigiana. We can hardly wait for our next Vancouver getaway so we can go again!More
Its ten years since my last visit and it is still just as good as last time. Great pasta, great wine, dessert and coffee. Authentic Italian experience. Don't miss it when visiting Vancouver
The pasta here is amazing. I had the carbonara and it was so good, definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking fo some great Italian food.
Arrived at the end of the dinner wave… and were able to sit by the window. As soon as we sat, we saw the lamp, window and wood frame full of food residue splashed from previous customers. We had the warm spinach salad and pasta....Servings were large. I would say one dish is good enough for two persons. Luckily, Nick our server was a friendly, polite young man. However, the place looks tired, and appears little care in maintains the restaurant clean. The floors were not longer brown wood but black because of the food drips and grime. No music at all… we could hear pots and pans being banged in the kitchen and loud inside the dining rooms. Not a pleasant experience.More
Great food, great host, good times. Food was delicious, service was amazing. The Veal was the best I’ve ever had in my whole entire life.
First impressions were great. Atmosphere was lovely. My husband and I were seated at a table overlooking Robson St. We ordered our food and were enjoying the complimentary bread when I realized that we were not asked to provide proof of our vaccination status. We...are not residents of BC but are familiar with the process in our home province. In hindsight we should have left then but stayed as we had already ordered our food. We stayed to finish our meal which turned out to be incredibly salty. All in all a very disappointing experience. It’s too bad that some businesses are not on board with trying to stop the spread of COVID.More
In regards to your No Vaccination Check review here on TripAdvisor. We are on board with the government's decision to make businesses check for personal ID and vaccination records, and have been doing so. I, being the owner and host that was probably working on...More
