I may be biased as they provided a specific Vegan menu upon request... But everything we had here, was the best of our travels. Besides outstanding preparation and presentation, the dishes offered delicious combinations that only leaving you wanting more... and the serving size was ample! Don't miss this dining experience and the vegan chocolate mousse!

I just arrived at the Four seasons and were waiting for a room to get assigned, well I had great service at the bar, with some really great Cabernet and a fabulous tuna sandwich with Cesar salad...the service was great, the food was even better and the ambient was relaxing...exactly what I was looking for after a travel in the... Lunch was nice, have heard great things about Yew, but was not blown away by it. Must have made the wrong selection in my dish. The gluten free chocolate dessert was outstanding and delicious, the atmosphere and the décor is very nice. Will come back and try it in the evening again.

Located in the Four Seasons hotel, the ambiance and service is next to none. We were trying to catch a show and told our server that we need to eat the 3 courses in 1.5 hours. Believe it or not, he managed to get the amazing food on the table in a timely manner, and we got out to see... More

We were invited here for drinks - a very classy bar and restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel right downtown. Nice selection of wines. Definitely good for a business meeting. Friendly service. Prices reflective of the location.

Joining two colleagues for dinner at Yew proved to be a remarkable evening. Frankly, it was excellent. From the moment we were seated the service, quality , taste and attention to detail was remarkable. The waiter guided us through a great wine list, extensive fresh sheet and dinner menu. Try the Sablefish if you visit, it melts in your mouth.... More

We ate brunch here and a dinner while staying at the Four Seasons. The breakfast selections were plentiful and tasty. Fresh fruit and cheeses were available every morning as well as oatmeal, eggs, bacon and sausage. You had your choice of granola and fresh yogurt and several breakfast sweets to chose from. We had dinner here one night and I... More

This was the first stop after check in for us here in Vancouver. There was nothing to write home about but I'm assuming the wine is good? I had the Kale and Salmon salad while my friend had a hefty sandwich. The food was pretty basic. The seasoning was extremely salty which was surprising as most "seafood" places aren't. Our... More

We are very picky about how our salmon is prepared (undercooked, tender, with a crispy skin) and all of our orders were perfect. A top 10 restaurant experience! Don't miss!

Staying in Downtown

Neighborhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
