This is probably the best seafood restaurant in Vancouver. Amazing food, service and the wine selection is endless. You can get non-seafood dishes as well.

I’m a huge fan seafood and Blue Water and their staff knocked it out of the park for me. From the service, to plating, to the delicious meal. Thank you

I was at the bar Saturday night 10-17-2020 Ordered a steak. Medium rare so shouldn’t take long to cook. I waited 40 minutes then asked the bartender about it, he said two minutes. Another 30 minutes later and he doesn’t care. I tell him if...I don’t get it now I’m leaving and not paying. He brings it in 5 minutes. Waited an hour 10 minutes for what.More

Extremely overpriced, this restaurant, have been in decline for over two years now, The food also took a heat since then, here they have a Japanese section which is very uncomfortable setting at the bar attached to the sushi bar, It seems you are in...a supermarket or hall, Nothing exciting here this restaurant remind an Auberge, where people come to eat and in hurry to leave, very boring atmosphere, mediocre service.More

Great spot for really good seafood. The menu has many options so you could easily eat here a few night in a row (wish I did). We ordered the grilled lobster, beef tataki, and scallop ceviche - which were all excellent. For dessert I would...recommend the warm chocolate cake and trio of sorbets - so delicious! Definitely one of my favourite spots to eat in Vancouver.More

The service needs improvement. Our server was distracted all the time. The food was ok. I believe I would go somewhere else next time. My Salmon burger was ok, not more.

Fun spot located in “yaletown” of Vancouver. Upscale venue with an elegant dining room. We really enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes which were visually as good as they tasted!

It was busy, so we waited for half hour. Good was average, expected better. We walk around during the wait. The place has a big menu, should make it smaller so the taste will improve. Good for family with young kids
