It is an Irish pub not a classy restaurante but we were having a burguer and salad with some beers after a long long trip from Madrid to Vancouver and we really enjoyed. Actually the salad was pretty good and the meat in the burguers taste good and there were not burnt, what is quite common in USA and Canada.

Great burger and cold beer. The place started to fill up after we got there. Definitely a popular spot. They had a couple tables out on the sidewalk where we had a couple beers and watched people. The waitress was over the top. She was from Ireland and cute as can be. Great place

Quick and efficient with menus, drinks and food. The food was excellent. Our only disappointment was the music that started around 9:30 pm. One guy on a guitar but... More

Dropped in for the first time to have a beer and something to eat before a concert. It was also a UFC on TV night and also a soccer game at BC Place so it was busy. The service was friendly and pretty quick considering the crowd. The food was a bit below par for pub fare. Had a chicken... More

Have to send a big thank you out to Madelline for making our night so enjoyable! She is such a blast and just seemed to have really great team work in that pub from all her coworkers..! Awesome atmosphere...the feminist in me isn't terribly fond of the mini kilts but will allow my sexual politics to be trumped by the... More

We spent 2 days in Calgary recently before we flew back to the UK. We found this place and had a late breakfast / early lunch, accompanied by a few ales! We like it so much here that we came back in the afternoon and stayed to eat again. Great service from all the staff in here. We will be... More

Staying in Granville Street

Neighborhood Profile
Granville Street
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.
