Our family of four went on a cold winter evening ! Very convenient walk from our hotel on Robson. The server was really attentive and the food was amazing ! I recommend the meze platter , fondue and the star of the evening was the risotto with the ginger cake and ice cream coming close second.

This is a Tapas place that's quite small and can get busy especially on a weekend night. The window seats on either side of the front entry door are great places to have a private conversation or people watch. Small menu and ok wine and beer selection. I go here specifically for the Beef Wellington(phyllo pastry wrapped). Carnivores still have... More

I met a friend here and was PLEASANTLY surprised, it has an eclectic vibe to it, great dishes, and WONDERFUL service! My Bartender that night was Lindsay, who was VERY open, and a great conversationalist, plus she was very good at her TRIPLE duty job(hostess/greeter, bartender, and server)! The food was local, unique, tasty and NOT expensive at all! This... More

Dropped in on a Saturday night and the place was not busy....for a while. Within 30 minutes it was jammed. It's been a while since I was here so I was looking forward to experiencing some new dishes. Tried the lamb skewers which were very moist and savory. Also had the trio of dips. One of them as red pepper... More

Stumbled across this little gem looking for a quick bight before a movie. Excellent selection of wine, Kettle Valley PG was delicious. Crab cakes were tasty, the squid a big pleasant surprise and the pome frits a workout but worth the effort. Tiny but comfortable and trendy, loved the artwork!! Worth a return visit for sure!!

Friends and I walked a few blocks from the Landis Hotel to have dinner here recently. It is a very small place and there was no table for four. The hostess seated us at the short bar facing the kitchen. We were treated to the wonderful dance of a chef creating dishes involving fresh ingredients and superb timing! I wasn't... More

Visited from the UK following reviews on TA. These are not the usual tapas you expect from Spanish restaurant they are Canadian and 10 times the size. They are however delicious and I highly recommend. The restaurant is small and quirky and with a new orleans voodoo/jazz feel. If we had had more time in vancouver we would have returned.

Little gem small restaurant with a warm heart. We were met at the door by Josh who was lovely and gave us a table in the window. Ordered the spiced lamb and the beef Wellington. Both were exceptional and the local beer very good. Had vet atmosphere and very busy. Would recommend.

Neighborhood Profile
Davie Village
Davie Village is the vital LGBTQ heart of Vancouver. It is the only like area in the world to have a permanent four-way rainbow crosswalk, to symbolise the city's solidarity with many of the businesses, ranging from bars to bookstores, that keep the area vibrant. By day, it is a people-watching stop, with fantastic boutique cafes, but at night is when it really shines, humming with neon lights and nightclub music inside many of the hip and trendy bars and dance halls. The area is diverse and welcoming, and its supportive community makes for a tight-knit group of independent and creative shops.
