Went here for a Saturday afternoon coffee. Ordered a large vanilla cannoli & got chocolate That's okay trust me mistakes happen. But when I let the lady know again that it was a vanilla one. I got a serving of attitude. Now that's where the problem lies not the mistake but the attitude. Sorry I am a paying customer and... More

Great coffee, only rivalled by one, two at most other places. What really sets this place apart if the food and other beverages. Presented and served with style and always tasty. The pizzas is a must, in fact so are the deserts and pastries! Nice atmosphere, good staff only downside is how popular the place is!

We live near scuie and we actually fell in love with this little restaurant. They have great coffee (some say the best in town) and also a nice variety of tea. Their Italian panini are the best and always fresh. Their pizza slices are also great and you can decide how big you want it. We go there for breakfast... More

We had breakfast here one morning based on their site description of their authentic Rome style menu. Don't know how authentic it was but most of the available items were prepared ahead of time and warmed upon purchase. Not prepared fresh. Also, the person who waited on us did not know the menu items properly. It may have been a... More

They lay out all the pizza logs and ask you how much of each one you want. Then they cut off your slices and reheat them in a pizza oven and serve it you five minutes later. I know, how can that result in the best pizza ever; but it does!

At the end of July, we made this our go-to morning spot for breakfast. It is located right across from BC Place Stadium. They serve large cups of coffee and have an assortment of breakfast (and lunch) items. There is an outside patio and the restaurant is airy and relaxing. The food is good, the service a bit slow, but... More

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighborhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
