A mixed bag of an experience. Ordered pizzas and a salad to share. Pizzas were excellent. Tasty and really nice. Salad was disappointing as it was some leaves, a couple of tomatoes and a tiny bit of feta cheese on top. No dressing. The manager was friendly but stressed reminding us of John Cleese. Never got the wine we ordered... More

The pizza I ate here was the best I have ever eaten, it was so full of flavour. The Chef here (Todd) is fantastic, his food is so delicious and he takes pride in what he does. The Staff were so friendly and really made us feel welcome, we ate here several times on our trip and look forward to... More

It was our first night in Vancouver after a long trip from Paris. We fell into this because it was close to our hotel, not expecting anything more than the average. It turned out to be a very relaxed outdoor dining experience. Loved the food and the friendly service and the fact that the tip was built into the bill.... More

The service was very welcoming and helpful. And it was great to have a selection of healthy balanced food on the menu after a week's worth of holiday restaurant eating. One of us had vegetarian, one had seafood, one pasta and one pizza with really fresh green salad to complement. The calamari was one of the best my wife's ever... More

We have been going here for years with friends and family - no more. It is highly offensive to put a gratuity on the bill. We went on Saturday night (June 18) and noticed a 21% "gratuity" added to the bill. We had previously promised family members a trip to the Cinch for the following Tuesday so we went knowing... I sincerely apologize on behalf of our small team at Cinch Grill. It is not our policy ... it is an issue with this particular server and has been dealt with accordingly. This is not proper behaviour and I understand how you feel about this situation ... This will absolutely not happen again ... Our policy is to add an... More

Jennifer was our host and what a lovely bubbly person to look after us. We just wanted simple food pizza etc and this is what we got but the flavours were great and we were so well looked after. Would definitely recommend it.

We've been regulars or this Robson Street small restaurant for years. Their signature Cinch Spaghetti was sinfully rich and flavourful but now it's a dry bowl of spaghetti. Last time I asked for more sauce I was charged. The Cesar Salad was delightful but once again the dressing has been changed to a mayonnaise infusion without much flavour. Pizza crust... More

My wife and I were looking for somewhere to eat close to our hotel. As frequent travellers to Italy Cinch Grill was agreed upon. When entering we were asked where we would like to sit and whilst considering our options were directed to a place not of our choice. We were given menus and duly ordered our food only then... More

We didn't expect to enjoy ourselves so much it was a spontaneous decision due to a down pouring of rain. The egg plant Parmesan was a great starter and then the thin crust pizza is fabulous! I will definitely go back with friends and my husband. The service was excellent and the food exceeded our expectations!
