The first thing we politely said when we arrived was that we had a meeting in one hour - "No problem!" Was the enthusiastic answer. What we only found out after our food arrived was that this day was "half price api " day, which was the excuse for taking 3/4 h to deliver a simple burger lunch. Last time... More

Four of us went to Milestones for lunch - and we all ordered fish tacos which were the best I have ever had - fish was crunchy and the salsa was perfect - we had 3 people order the double and I had the single - the double came with a choice of chips or salad and both were reported... More

The food was good-nothing outstanding but good. My only complaints are that the restaurant gets pretty dark and on the night we were there it was extremely loud.

Came here as a large group. Very few vegetarian breakfast options other than egg, egg and more egg so beware if you are vegetarian or vegan. Ended up getting 2 fruit bowls, which did the trick but was a little unnecessary to have to order that way. Others seemed quite happy with their meals. A little expensive for what you... More

One of those times when you wish tripadvisor had a space between average and very good. If I'm stuck or with my granddaughters I know that the food will be reliably good whichever location we attend. Was glad to find out that was also the case at this Vancouver location. Service/server was excellent.

Been to this location a couple of times, I got to say the view of the city is amazing if you sit at the bar. I was in to watch the European Soccer Final and it was not crowded. The staff is friendly, and the food may get delayed, but totally worth it especially the steak, and burgers. Best snack... More

Went to this location as we had in the past, has never been amazing but this experience was simply terrible. Location was closed for a month for 'reno's' so wanted to see what had been done, which was nothing. Was asked to wait while the poor hostess had to bus one of the several dirty tables while the service staff... More

Situated just across the Cambie Street bridge from BC Place Stadium, this is becoming a favourite drop in spot for dinner before a Whitecaps game, or a Canucks game. Finish a leisurely dinner and stroll across the bridge to the game. The restaurant is also very convenient for people taking the Canada Line subway. The station is a block away.

Assuming this is the milestones on Robson, I popped In twice during happy hour while in Vancouver. 1st time it was nearly empty but there was no sign of staff downstairs. I gave up . As I left, hostess called down from upstairs to have a nice night. Tried again on Friday night. Much busier. Saw one guy working lower... More

Nice place! Nice food, nice drinks. The service was a little bit slow but all the other things were pretty good! Is a nice place to have a date or meeting with good friends!

Staying in Shaughnessy

Neighborhood Profile
Shaughnessy
Residential neighbourhood to the ultra-wealthy, the gorgeous manor houses centred around The Crescent area are a fabled sight to behold. Shaughnessy is Vancouver's most verdant plotted neighbourhood, and its tree-lined streets, walking routes, bike trails, and charming public parks make for an ideal location to spend and afternoon communing with nature. Consequently, it is also the botanical centre of the city, featuring conservatories and an expansive Botanical Garden, taming and sculpting the wild into seasonal viewing areas and enchanting landscapes. Quiet, elegant Shaughnessy excels at providing the Three Gs: Gardens, Golfing, and Galleries.
