Went for happy hour here the other day, wow has it changed for the worse. Drink prices are still decent $3.50 high balls, used to be $3, and the food menu has been completely halted. I understand that changing the menu needs to happen now and then but to charge so much more for nothing. It's suppose to be a... More

The "ROGUE" is a comfortable place that after work I visit because they have a great "Happy Hour"... Good wine at a good price & I like the atmosphere... it is at the station where all the forms of transportation (except YVR) meet and therefore is very convenient especially for me using the Canadaline.. So, Valentine's Day was nearing and... More

The food was pretty middle of the road but the service and drink selection was great. The decor and location also make it ideal for travellers.

Place was packed but only had to wait for 10 minutes for a table. Happy hour specials - different for each day. Our server was quite attentive. Pita bread and dip appys was good value. Slush Margarita was on the salty side.

Stuck in downtown Vancouver Dec 19 on my way home from Frankfurt l decided to stop in for a bite waiting for the train home, I ordered fish and chips and a local beer. Peter the manager and his staff are excellent as was my late lunch. Give it a try you will be pleased.

LOVE their Lobster mac and cheese, water front location is the best. Great beers on tap amazing value. Good for lunch, drinks, dinner and business meetings! They also have a party room you can book for large groups, I did this a few times was great! Staff are well trained. Only downside is the bathroom in the basement but if... More

We honestly just needed somewhere warm and dry to hunker down for an hour or so, while waiting for our brewery tour meet-up time to come around. There aren't many options within Waterfront Station, and neither of us really wanted to hit the bar on the corner (given that we'd be spending 3 hours of the night on a brewery... More

We spent a few hours there unwinding after our flight into town. The staff was very friendly and we chatted with a number of local residents about things to do and see while in the Vancouver area. They have a nice beer selection and the food was okay. We really did enjoy the atmosphere. There is another Rogue across from... More

Description
Every day funk is what going Rogue is all about. Crazy tall light fixtures and walls that glow set against sand-blasted brick and well-worn hardwood floors. Menu-wise, going Rogue means doing things in the kitchen others said couldn't be done. Like a completely fresh burger served medium-rare to make it the juiciest and best tasting in town. Or corn-dogs your not supposed to want but secretly crave. Going Rogue means your horizons are greater than the "usual suspects" of chain restaurants. Rogue gives it's customer an eclectic enough offering of food and surroundings, that they can feel and be themselves. You can go Rogue when you're slumming, you can go Rogue when you need to impress. You can go Rogue with a date, your mates or with your boss. Best of all, you can afford to go Rogue every day of the week. Need a stiff drink and tasty meal to get you through your daily grind and have enough left over to do it all again tomorrow? Go Rogue.

Staying in Gastown

Neighborhood Profile
Gastown
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.
