Delicious, not too pricey, cool atmosphere, great service, and unique menu options. Worth the long wait in line or I'd recommend getting there before opening if you're not up for a long wait. Their red velvet pancake is decadent!

Long lines on the order of an hour here are the norm. You have to physically queue outside instead of using some other means (handing pagers or text msg) and is presumably done to generate interest and excitement from people passing by. My expectations were...More

Walked in five minutes after they opened and the place was full. The food is the reason. Excellent coffee in a good coffee mug. One of the best breakfast skillets anywhere. Friendly service. I will be back tomorrow.

No wonder why you have such a long queue.... definitely worth it. Great food and great breakfast ideas. Given how great the food is I would definitely invest a tiny bit in some better coffee. But even without coffee I will go back any day!

Amazing food and staff was super cool. Yes there was a wait but you will be so happy when you taste their farm fresh breakfast. My husband had the gravy coops and I had the later tater bowl! Yummo

I was warned about the long line-ups at JAM. I had an out-of-town guest I was meeting there for a breakfast meeting so suggested meeting at the door at 7:45am; 15 minutes before they open. I was surprised to be first in line. At 8am...More

It may be redundant after all the other good reviews, but Jam is worth the wait. However I noticed that pairs moved along a lot faster than trios, quartets or larger due to table sizes and arrangements. Regardless, knowing that, we waited and received a...More

Amazing food and service! We waited for almost an hour to get a table but it was worth the wait and it also helps you build up an appetite to get through the huge portions! We ordered the red velvet pancakes, waffles with peach and...More

A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and
stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of
being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many
plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell
the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's
history a more lively presence here than anywhere
else. Having been originally founded around a popular
worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
