The Schooner Restaurant is the oldest Restaurant in Tofino and the food is fabulous. Owner Chef Mare has a flair for flavours and innovation without being too trendy. The restaurant now occupies the upper level of the historical red building on Campbell St. The views...More

Went for dinner last night with my wife and though we did not order full meals it was certainly the right choice for the evening. I enjoyed the oyster starter, 3 varieties and it was superb. Trish had the chowder meal, which I sampled, and...More

Best meal I’ve had on this trip to Canada and best salmon I have eaten. Good service and would definitely return if I had another night here!

I had the prawns and they were some of the best prawns I’ve ever had and a delicious cocktail that I wouldn’t have usually chosen but the waiter recommended. If I’m ever back in Tofino I will definitely be back here!

Best seafood in town I guess?! We had a halibut and red snapper, which was very good. Also the beer and the desert was great. The price was a little higher than somewhere else, but I would say still in the frame.

We had heard good things so thought we would try it on our first night in Tofino. It was great! The mains are a little pricey but you get what you pay for, healthy sized portions seasoned to perfection! Can't afford to eat here all...More

The Ice House, Wolf and Fog and Shelter all offer seafood. It depends on what kind of food you like. The Ice House has a great setting and delicious, simply presented seafood. Wolf and Fog is much more of a "fine dining... More
