I placed my order to pick up after work and it was ready 1/2 hour later! It even stayed hot after walking 5 blocks in the freezing -20! The angel hair pasta never disappoints and was loaded with shrimp! The new biodegradable containers hold a...very large portion which I could not finish. The cheesecake was also a large portion, super delicious and full of flavour. While we typical enjoy the cozy atmosphere dining in, it was wonderful to have Cimo at home and use the gift card that Santa left!More

Thank you so much for your kind words Sandra, we really appreciate you leaving a review with us here at Cimo. We are glad that your food was hot and that you enjoyed your Angel Hair and Cheesecake. Thank you again for ordering local, and...More
This used to be a very good restaurant in PG. My last visit, you could see what a government driven agenda will do. The food here used to to be authentic. I had the seafood pasta, which normally in the past as been better than...homemade. It used to come with 4-5 good sized scallops now only 2, there used to be 6-8 good sized shrimp, now only 4 and about 24 sperm sized shrimp, tasted like rubber. And the parmason cheese was from a container instead of a block with a shredder. Out of a 10 being a best rating. I would go with a 5.5, staff also seemed no very interested.More
Food was decent, menu had plenty to choose from. Waitress was RUDE. The restaurant was clean, but has issues with their air/heat system so bring your warm clothes and eat fast while it is still hot. We will not be back
As a Celiac I rely on fellow reviewers for where to eat. I can highly recommend this place for not only catering to gluten free needs but also having fantastic food. Since the fryer is separate, I had rosemary FRIES...we also shared the artichoke salad,...the boccocini salad which had amazing tomatoes and the tomatoes soup. All were superb.More
A group of friends out for a relaxing dinner. Our reservation was for 6 pm. The food and service were absolutely awesome. Perfect atmosphere. However after eating there was no relaxing to catch up. . At 7 pm our plates were removed and then we...were asked to leave as they had another reservation. Word of advice..... book reservations accordingly. Very unprofessional to rush people out of restaurant after having dinner and spending money. An hour is a short amount of time.More
The food and atmosphere and staff here are excellent. The staff are professional but friendly, proud of both their restaurant and their city. The food is locally sourced. The first night I had the awesome fish and came back a second night to have their...local pasta. Both were excellent. A good choice of BC wine and beer. I will be back!More

We're glad you enjoyed two dinners with us! Hope to see you back soon!
This restaurant has my favourite menu, by far, of any restaurant in Prince George. I have never been disappointed in the food. I have had some "less than stellar" service dining in at this restaurant, but my last experience picking up take out left a...bad taste in my mouth. A portion of the kitchen is exposed, meaning that people in the dining area or standing outside waiting for take out can see/hear everything in this portion of the kitchen. I visited during the first few days of take out service due to COVID-19 and I understand there were obviously kinks to work out with this new way of operating, but the angry exchange I witnessed between the kitchen and service staff was far from professional and really makes me hesitant to return.More
This place has been around forever and in the last few years is under new management. I always go for the pasta and it's the best in town. Calamari is also great for a starter, and it's served with a really nice dip (not tzatziki)....Prices are medium; expect to spend around $18-$28 for a pasta dish. It's worth it.
The only downside is the lower dining area isn't very private and you'll likely end up sitting very close to the next dining party on a busy night. There is an easy way around this. When you make your reservation, ask for a table in the upper dining area.More
Came in solo. I had been in a 2 months earlier and had a very good experience. The same on this occasion. Service is excellent on so many levels. The pasta carbonara is wonderful. Love the fresh made pasta.
