About
Penticton's favourite soup/sandwich/salad spot from Chef Paul Cecconi and his wife Holly, Brodo Kitchen features simply fresh food, and is a favourite caterer in the South Okanagan. Enjoy a bowl of soup, fresh salad, a "sammie" or a combination of all three, made from locally-sourced ingredients that reflect what's fresh from the harvest. Unique to Penticton, cuddle up with a "flight of soups", three charming bowls ranging from cool gazpacho to classic French onion to tasty chilli. Brodo aims to tempt your taste buds with the Okanagan, reflecting the bounty of the land; there's even an urban cultivator on site providing fresh herbs, with ingredients coming from local orchards and farms, and

Went to this place on a whim. Menu an interesting take on common fair. I had the Cubano with pooled pork. Delicious. A number of other items looked very good as well. I’ll be back!!

Great food and often an eccentric mix of ingredients that just seem to work. Feels like gourmet at a take out price.

As i recently moved to Penticton, i'm getting fascinated by some of the best restaurants in this area. Their Roasted Root Vegetable Flatbred was to die for. Absolutely loved this small restaurant at the corner. My go to place for lunch for sure.

Recently, when at Brodo for lunch, I had their Tuna Melt, which was a true taste bud pleaser. Mini baguette, high quality yellow-fin tuna and a magical sauce made this lunch treat one to return for.

Went for dinner, food was tasty but small portions. Would have liked my meatball sandwich to be hotter. When I eat out really like my food served at the health standard of 160 degrees. Sauce was nice but the focaccia was dry and crunchy. The...More
