We had eggs Benedict, which was served on something that was not quite an English muffin, and served with a sauce that was not quite hollandaise. But the meal was delicious. When the server brought my food, I thought the hash was burned, but it turned out to be absolutely delicious caramelized carrots and potatoes. Really first rate. The staff... More

My orthotics person recommended 2 Chefs. I stopped in for what I hoped would be a light breakfast, since I'm coming from Salt Spring Island, and I like to try to get in at least two restaurant experiences when I visit "the big island". I had planned on the eggs benny, but was told they "wouldn't do a smaller order... More

Best place for brunch. Eggs benny is the bomb! You can't go wrong with any item on the menu. Get there early to get a table!

Fresh food but bland. Titles in menu were imaginative but the food was anything but. Slaw sounded like a speciality but came off like fresh cabbage. Staff was struggling to be engaged. In short, nothing really bad but definitely a "one and done" for us.

We found this place from trip advisor & it didn't disappoint. We ended up coming here 3x because we liked it so much. The old soul & waffles, waffles, waffles were amazing. Homemade ketchup is something I need to start making, hate ketchup, but that stuff is so yummy. Many gluten free options as well, which our friend needed. All... More

Came here for brunch in a week day with my husband. He ordered the eggs Benny and I ordered the French toast. Both of us enjoyed our meals but I have to say this was some of the best French toast ever!!! Service was friendly and attentive. Price point was great. Will definitely be back.

Fast service. Delicious food cooked exactly as I asked. The homemade jam and ketchup are delicious!! We sat outside on their bistro-like patio and enjoyed a beautiful sunny morning.

Popped in for brunch and grabbed a stool seat facing the sidewalk. Service was great and the selection of food was good. Seat at the window was a nice spot to people-watch.

Tried this out beacause I did not want to have the Coast hotels breakfast. 2 Chefs had a great breakfast and great coffee. Very good service. I would like to try lunch.

Had eggs Benedict this morning while visiting family in Nanaimo. My boyfriend had his with ham, I had mine with bacon. Service was great, food was really good and reasonably priced. Glad we visited!

Thank Lauren H
