Hey this is a surprisingly nice place and although they were not very busy for a Friday night in the restaurant the pub seemed to be rocking. We all ordered different things and were satisfied with what we recieved. Our server was attentive and professional as was Cassandra at reception. I thought the prices were a little high as the... We stayed for a few nights while visiting family over Easter. The hotel is clean and convenient with a restaurant and a bar. I found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is better than traditional Best Western Hotels and a good place to stay in Duncan.

The room prices are somewhat negotiable and they have 'local pricing' if truly in need. The rooms are well soundproofed and the washrooms and beds are excellent. Really, it's the best and only place to stay in town. I haven't tried the restaurant but I've heard it's pretty good.

The Front Desk staff were exceptional and the room was very comfortable, especially the bed & pillows! Even though our room faced the main highway the noise was not too bad and did not last throughout the night as I woke up at one point & noticed it was extremely quite outside!

We were told the Eggs Benny here were incredible but were cynical given it was a Best Western restaurant in a small town on the Vancouver Island highway. With low expectations we put it to the test this morning. They arrived cooked to order with a side of hash browns. Apparently the sauce is made from scratch and it was... More

The French toast was thick French bread with only the outer edges dipped in egg, the inside was white bread. I had to ask for a steak knife to cut it. I should have insisted on something else.

We stopped in the Best Western Hotel in Cowichan Valley, north of Duncan BC and were pleased to discover that we could have a beer and dinner in the attached CV Station Pub. The room is modern and comfortable, with a choice of styles of seating: booths, lounge tables and high tables. The service was friendly and efficient. The food... More

stopped there after work with some co-workers for appy's and a beer. The nachos and potato skins were both very good and the beer was cold. The wait staff was very good and the food came out very quick.

A very clean, well kept motel. A very nice restaurant with a superb breakfast menu, dinner menu, and also has a great pub. Long term staff are fantastic!
