Do not order any Schnitzel off the menu, the cooks have no idea how to cook them. They must by them pre cooked and breaded, however the breading needs to be cooked properly, mine was raw, flour still all white!, send it back, and it was not much better. Oliver Pub do not put Schnitzel on the menu of your... More

Every time I travel to Williams Lake I go here for my pub food fix. The menu has all your favorite pub specials. Yes even deep fried pickles. Nachos are huge, seafood mushroom caps are mouthwatering. Yum! Service is always friendly and quick.

Get the fried pickles. Seriously. Get them. This is a nice, locally owned sports pub with good food and service. Did I mention the fried pickles? You should get those. The TVs over the urinals are a nice touch.

As there were many restaurants closed on Sunday in WL, we decided to try this pub as it was open. Our waitress was friendly and efficient but wasn't able to give many recommendations as she was new. I had a decent plate of Jambalaya (lots of protein) and my wife had a salad. The Caesar was tasty as well.

Food was standard pub type stuff I would rate just slightly better than average. Had the beef dip and asked for some hot mustard <or Dijon> for the sandwich they provided it and charged me 69 cents....first ever been charged in maybe 100 beef dips all over Canada and the U.S......big mistake.

First time we went here it was sort of okay, and we were desperate. Second time, awful. My food had absolutely no seasoning whatsoever on it, nothing, not even salt on the sorry fries. Hubster's steak he thinks was reheated |(and he has worked the biz so he knows). It was tough enough to shoe a boot. When we asked... More
