This place is situated in the middle of the industrial zone of the City. A most unlikely place to have Thai Cuisine. Nothing special in it's décor nor ambiance. But the food... the closest you can get aside from being in Thailand or Cambodia. It is not for everybody since it has got some serious spiciness to it with a... More

This is my favorite restaurant in Red Deer! Having been to Thailand and Cambodia it is so delightful to get authentic Thai in Central Alberta. The #5 soup is simply amazing and will warm your soul. #2 dish is so spicy I love it and coconut rice is a must. As well as an order of spicy squid to start.... More

We have eaten here countless times and never disappointed. The flavors are merely addicting. Once you eat here you crave their food. Staff is helpful and friendly. Their suggestions for helping to selecting dishes are spot on. Don't leave without trying their famous salad rolls. All sauces that come with each dish perfectly compliment them.

Perhaps in the world 🌎, the best part is it doesn't seem unhealthy. We had dinner at the Blue Dragon 🐉 two nights in the four nights we were in Boston, that says a lot of how good their food is.

We had to go in Red Deer. Not the more exotic destination from Calgary. Usually you take a quick visit at Gasoline Alley and you keep going. This time : Down Town Red Deer. We were looking for a Thai resto. We found it far away from Downtown but the review were good. It's more a industrial neighborhood. Place was... More

Our friends were heading in for supper and invited us along. They have been to the Blue Dragon several times but it was our first visit. The server was very welcoming as she handed out the menus. It took us a little while to chose because there are so many different combo/stir fry style entrees to chose from. The menu... More

We ordered takeout spring rolls, Five Star soup, spicy squid appetizer, Ocean Bowl, and Kaba Khmer (sp?) The best item was the soup followed by the spicy squid. Dinner for 2 actually fed 3 adults. Definitely worth a try for anybody.

I have seen the multiple reviews and I love thai food. So I had to try it for myself. My husband had never had thai food. The food was so tasty. We had spring rolls and salad rolls and a curry dish and pad thai. Everything was so delightful. I highly recommend to anyone.

The food was excellent but the service was really slow. We're on vacation so we try not to stress over service time, but this was overly slow. Seemed like waiter had too many tables. We were seated outside away from the entertainment, which was fine. The music was good. Not overly loud and nice to listen to. Only other negative... More
