My wife and I decided to go to the Red Stone Bar & Grill for our 15th anniversary. By chance, it was Tuesday night date night at Red Stone. Every Tuesday is date night and they offer a "two can dine for" special. Each person can order a choice from their date night menu for the 1st course, same for... More

This restaurant is very quiet and intimate, booths are very private. Our server was excellent and the food was really good. Great date night or friends outing as u can actually have a conversation without shouting across the table . Will be back.

Went there for our anniversary dinner. Both my husband and I love mussels so he had the mussels in white wine and I had the curried mussels Best mussels in town. Both dishes were great but the curried mussels are to die for!!. We loved our meal and the service and atmosphere was excellent. We will go back anytime for... More

Selected this restaurant based on reviews, found it a bit disappointing. Service was good, food was ok. Enjoyed our soup and salad as appetizers. Both ordered the baby back ribs. Have had more succulent ribs elsewhere. Finished off with a cold and weak filter coffee.

The food is alright. The Caesar is Epic. Cheers Red Stone as no one else gets it right. I know they have decent offers through Costco that will soften the blow when it comes time to pay. Other than that I solely am writing this review in context for the amazing Caesar.

Monday night: restaurant was mostly empty, so service was fast and ambiance great. Veal cutlet was nicely done and the gravy and mushrooms were awesome. Tasty salad with pear. Only improvement needed is for the stuffed potatoes - very bland. Didn't have dessert, but it looked fantastic (a sample tray is displayed at table side instead of a menu).

Different choices for a meal out (lobster Ravioli) The service was not rushed, there was time to visit. The portions were large (doggie bags all round). The cost was reasonable for dining out. I would go again.

Ordered the rib eye steak and it was very tough. Reluctantly told the waitress of my disappointment and she was very gracious. Offered to take it back even, but I really didn't feel like waiting again for another meal. I felt that for 36 dollars it would be a great meal. Not so....vegetables were poorly cooked and presented. Steak was... More

This is rapidly becoming our Friday lunch spot. Good atmosphere, good service, and the price is right. The food has been consistently good, sometimes a rarity in Red Deer.
