The staff need some lessons in customer service and the items we purchased seemed stale. Very disappointing experience.

Cozy, friendly little place in Jasper. We stopped there after a trip to Maligne lake. The warm coffee and pastries were terrific. Just the kind of place we were looking for.

Wow - great variety of baking, sandwiches and coffee or tea! Rustic type setting! Terrific place to stop for a snack!

My guide book set out what seemed my kind of place: quirky, organic options, homemade etc, however, there was little on offer a couple of hours before closing. The staff were not the most cheerful and the place was scruffy rather than quirky. My coffee was ok but my companions turkey and beef etc wrap (bread was finished) was in... More

We came here before heading out back on the road to Calgary. We ended up getting sweets and sandwiches. My chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious (why don't I put goat cheese on everything?) as were the sweets - a blueberry crumb bar and a raspberry white chocolate scone. My dad also raved about the coffee. A really good deal considering... More

Desperate to avoid the rubbish filter coffe in Canada we went in for breakfast. Coffee very good. Muffin nice and fresh. Croissant big heavy lump of bread.

We stopped here for a light lunch and had the most delicious raspberry and white chocolate scones, great coffee and a superb blueberry crumble cake. There was quite a queue when we arrived, but service was friendly and efficient. We were so pleased with our food that we bought more scones and more blueberry cake to take with us for... More

We ate here when staying in Jasper based on previous good reviews as our hotel didn't serve breakfast. The selection of cakes, pastries and other goodies was amazing and we returned throughout our stay. Our favourite spot was sitting in the window watching the world go by. The granola was wonderful and the cinnamon buns were out of this world!... More

Lovely tasty snacks. Food to go or eat in. Renouned blueberry and white chocolate scones. Soup of the day but runs out so be there early. Narrow shop so not as much atmosphere as the quirky sister shop, the Bears paw.

We stopped here for a late lunch, ordered fresh sandwiches, which all come with your choice of chips or soup. Food seemed fresh, was about $9 per sandwich. Did take a little while to come out though and staff weren't super friendly.
