A friend and I came here before an evening show nearby and enjoyed a meal here. We had the KanPungGi (Spicy deep fried chicken), Bulgogi Guksu (Noodles with beef and veggies) and Chicken Fried Rice. We forgot that the meal came with steamed rice already. We knew the beans sprouts and kimchi were going to show up with the meal.... More

This is a great place to go with a group, be it large or small. From the outside, it doesn't look like much, but the food is excellent. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and it's well worth the money.

Our family has been going to Bul-Go-Gi for years despite the very poor decor, plates and cultlery that belong more in a day care or hospital cafeteria. The night we went there were we few people, service was beyond poor. Portions have totally downsized despite prices have gone a fair bit up! Maybe to pay for their new pint size... More

I finanlly had the opportunity to visit this restaraunt lately and am glad I did. Excellent food and service are the reasons why this place is jammed with diners. While the decor is old and area smells a little "funky," these points are no big deal when considering the quality of their food. I will be back again. Thanks.

It is very different from when I came in the 1980's . The Be Beem Barp (I am sure they called it Barp back then) used to have more mushrooms and some other dark plants almost like twigs in it and it tasted much better. The luncheon special was also a favorite of mine and now there are 4 luncheon... More

Service wasn't very good. We had to ask for drinks 1st and when 2 more people arrived in our party, the server never even came and took their drink orders. Only a few tables were occupied at the time. We had "Tweegim Kook-Soo"- A bed of fried rice noodles covered w/ chicken, shrimp & vegetables- hot & spicy twice in... More

Its been more than a year since our last visit. And we have been stopping in at the Bul-Go-Gi House for over 30 years. The building and the décor have not changed. Simple and plain. Although old , the restaurant is clean and tidy. Very casual. Food is authentic Korean. Prices are very reasonable. But there has been a small... More

Every few months we have to go there for dinner. Sticky rice and pork chop is our favorite. Nice home atmosphere. Price very reasonable.
