Was celebrating friend's 50th birthday. It was a crowd mixed of all ages. The two pianist were fantastic and had the guests singing along with them. Danced, laughed and drank. Everyone had a blast. It was a Friday night and the place was packed. Would go again. Reservations for the weekend recommended.

We arrived at 9:00 to the Red Piano. The pianists began playing at 9:30 and they continued for 5 hours straight. There were two pianos, and four piano players would switch off and on - about an hour on and an hour off. The crowd wrote requests on paper (provided on the tables) and submitted them to the piano players.... More

Terrible service! Over priced! the manager was the worst of all of them! What ever happen to treating your customer's with respect! I will not return and I imagine that the group I was with will not either. Such a waste of time and money!

Dinner was sloppy and they cut my steak into strips. 33 dollar glorified beef stew. My partner and I both sick the next day. Do not recommend

My sister and I, and her daughter had so much fun having a cocktail while being entertained by the dueling pianos at their Red Piano at West Edmonton Mall. We had a great time making requests and singing along!

Went for dinner last night four of us. Wait staff was disappointing and the restaurant doesn't bring bread or rolls to the table. You can order a small sourdough loaf of bread for $6 which they bake fresh for you. For an appetizer we shared an order of fish tacos and a salad with goat cheese; both were delicious. My... More

Yes there are two people playing pianos. My impression, karaoke with pianos, both pianists played the songs as a duet. I expected more of a show, perhaps one playing a tune and the other trying to mess him up or something to that effect. As in most entertainment venues, it is all about the tips, so the bigger your tip,... More

I have to admit, I had relatively low expectations relating to this place due to the fact that this is a) a piano bar and b) in West Edmonton Mall. I was very happily surprised What I liked: Although the set menu is relatively simple, the three services (starters, main and deserts) were excellent. Portion size were adequate and food... More
