Amazing restaurant. We ordered the big night out. This is a great place to treat yourself. We have made reservations and ate at the Melting Pot each visit to Edmonton.

I booked a special meal at the melting pot for my husband and I as it was our anniversary, when booking I requested a small quiet booth but on arrival we were shown to a normal booth, the girl checked to see if any of the booths requested were free but alas they were not so we left, this is... More
Everything about this restaurant was amazing. Service was excellent all the way from the hostess to the server. We arrived earlier than our reservation but they still got us in right away. Very impressed with our server (wish I could remember her name) because being a server in another life, serving at the Melting Pot isn't like serving at Denny's... More
We arrived for dinner, party of four at our reserved time of 6:00 PM on July 11/16 and our reservation did not exist. Now how can you receive a confirmation, show it to the three stooges at the reception desk and they can't figure it out? We entertain a number of international guests and I truly will be skeptical of... More
our group of 10 decided to book a private room reservation for 5pm on June 26 2016. The restaurant said it was good but when we got there they had the wrong amount of people and the wrong time. The restaurant was able to accommodate us and find us a suitable table that was not private. Then the bigger problems... More
Our first experience and a pleasant one with friends. Not your average weekly social ,(on a budget time out outing,)but nonetheless ,an experience,of which I would choose to go for the dessert fondue and coffee .When explaining the different choices it would be good for the hosts to remember for some people this would be there first time, as to their... We went for our anniversary, and ordered the Land and Sea 4 course meal. We started with a Spinach Artichoke Cheese fondue. It seemed a bit bland. My wife had the Strawberry Almond salad and I had the California salad. They were both good. The Land and Sea comes with steak, chicken and shrimp. We both enjoyed this and had... More
I made reservations a month in advance at this location. Prior to me making reservations I spoke with a lady about their procedure on how they deal with food allergies as the melting pot is shared dishes. The lady on the phone advised me at that time that they could offer portable burners to have an individual pot if needed.... More
Mmmmmm, great fondue place! You can do a whole meal deal or simply go for the dessert fondue after eating somewhere else. I particularly enjoyed the cheese fondue, the loaded baked potato cheese was very tasty. It is not the cheapest of places, I would probably only go again for a special occasion (but well worth the price).
