Recently went for dinner on a Sunday. It was busy as it always seems to be. Our server, Christina was extremely nice & efficient. My wine was served in a sparkling clean glass. When I commented on it she said "thanks for noticing, we polish them". I wish more restaurants would do this. We've had the 4 courses for two... More

We took our son, daughter in law and grandson to the Melting Pot. We had a ball. Ate until we thought we could eat no more. All the serving were delicious. We shared them all. Then the Chocolate fondue came. They had to roll us out. It was an fun family evening

My husband planned a surprise dinner for me this past Saturday. The restaurant was well aware that it was a surprise and I was coming for 8:30. You would think that instead of making everyone who arrived early wait in the lobby, they would allow them to sit at the table even if the servers weren't ready. Instead the surprise... More

Outstanding. I have been here 2 times. The first time I was skeptical as it did not seem like a lot of food. But both times I left extremely full. The food is so good. Incredible. The deserts, the appetizers. I love the house salad and the spinach dip to start. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just be... More

Finally got to try this place on October. 30th for the Halloween special for kids. It was great! Loved the whole experience. Our waitress had to be the most friendly server I've ever had! I believe her name is Margaret and she's been working there for several years but very part time now. I can't wait to go back again!

Make sure you get to the Melting Pot early enough to sit at the Bar Top (all ages). The bar tenders are Top Notch! Treated the Birthday girl to an amazing personalized milk shake and us "older kids" to a couple of wonderful cocktails. The servers were great. And the food was well worth it. It's a pricy night out... More

My wife and I didn't know what to expect when my son and daughter-in-law suggested The Melting Pot. I hadn't had fondue for many years. The dinner exceeded our expectations. We opted for the 4 course dinner (cheese fondue, salad, meat & chocolate). They also offer a wine service with four glasses of wine, with each paired to the specific... More

We know good food. Our experience here was terrible. The Caesar drinks were gross never tasted one that bad. The salads were tasteless and wilted and such small amounts. The cheese fondue, just so little sides with it and not even warm; also this the cheese is terribly watered down and a thickener used. There is no way you put... More

This place is always wonderful. You need HOURS to eat - which is great if you want to catch up with a friend. I always get the 4 course salad, followed by 3 fondue courses - cheese, meat then chocolate. There are a few different cheese fondue to choose - this time we tried Swiss- quite strong (we were warned)... More
