Well there was 13 of us went for supper on a Wednesday evening (7 pm) The waitress stood at the end of the table to take our orders. Couldn't hear what she was saying, when asked she just repeated but not any louder or come to the other end of the table. I ordered off their special Lobster menu. I... More

We deided on the BBQ ribs for this visit. The ribs were shorter and therefore less meat than others provide, but these were scruptilicious! This a large facility so there should be minimum waits to get in. Service was mediocre. We were looking for a finger bowl to clean up and were going to complain when our server brought is... More

Wife always loved the Keg. We spent an average of $70 per person every time during recent visits there. While most of the service staff were pleasant and attentive, our experiences were well below expectations, due to the lack of attention to details on service and poor quality of food for the prices we pay. We do consider Keg as... More

It has been a long time since we visited a keg restaurant, and our first time at this location. From the friendly and efficient host staff, to our incredible server Adam L., our dining experience was fantastic. The new summer lobster inspire menu was great, with our appetizers and entrees arriving well prepared and presented. Given the lobster inspired entrees,... More

The calamari to start was great. The 8 oz sirloin with 1/2 a lobster (cut down the middle) was superb. The 12 oz sirloin topped with seafood was undercooked, but otherwise great. the twice baked potato is delicious. Save room for the Billy Miner Pie.

Most Kegs are pretty reliable and quite popular and this one is no exception. Expect big crowds and lots of noise. On our latest visit I was a bit annoyed with the fact they forgot to seat us after we checked in, even though we had a reservation. No explanation why. Once we sat down, the service was very good... We were there for a celebration dinner - we were a large group (with an infant). I have Shell Fish allergy and was kindly greeted by management and was told they would do everything possible to contain contamination, Dinner was excellent, the atmosphere was ok, it was quite loud, but that is to be on a Friday night around 8... I am still trying to figure out why I drove for one hour to celebrate our 25th anniversary at this restaurant. When we were seated, the staff member asked if it was a special occasion and we said it was actually our 25th anniversary. The waiter they assigned us never mentioned it or seemed unaware. The restaurant noise level is... More

Table was dirty when we got there, service was horribly slow. Had to call waitress for just about everything including bringing the machine to pay. Went on a Sunday evening (6:30 pm) and they had run out of prime rib! I ordered "med rare" steak, my husband ordered "medium" steak and his was more pink than mine! No friendly chat... More

Thanks for taking the time to comment on your most recent dining experience with us. On this particular occasion, the quality of the service was not to your or our expectations. For this we apologize. We would like to follow up with you to understand why there were some elements that were below our usual high Keg standards. Please email... More

I used to go here all the time before I discovered the foodie inside of myself and started venturing out to different places. That being said, I'm not terribly opposed to chain restaurants if they're done well. Feeling nostalgic, I went back for dinner with my husband. Turns out.... The Keg just doesn't quite cut it any more. The food... More
