I went to this place with my friends for brunch. The place was busy but we were able to get a table right away. I ordered eggs benny and a coffee latte. They both were really good. The eggs benny came with hash brown and fresh fruits. My friends seemed to enjoy their food too. One of them ordered french... More

Two couples and 2 infants stopped for lunch after a walk along the river. The restaurant was moderately busy but not noisey or crowded. Tuna melt served with lovely salad of mixed greens was very tasty and fresh. Portions are substantial in size, my husband and I shared one sandwich. Soup mediocre, quesadias good.

At the lazy loaf and kettle here in Calgary the sandwiches are very amazing you can build your own. With a side of soup or salad. I got a grilled chicken sandwich with cheddar cheese, lettuce and pickles. ( you can choose a sauce or butter but.. I'm not a big sauce guy so I got it plain) the bread... More

It seems like things have changed since I last visited a number of years ago. Overall, not so congenial. It felt rather stark. It might have been that there was only one other person there but, I remember this place being more active and cozy. The breakfast was bland. It didn't have anything to make me want to come back.

My daughter and I dropped in for lunch on the may long weekend. We love the sandwiches, which you choose your own toppings and make whatever combo you like. Their homemade bread is so delicious! They also have a great assortment of homemade desserts. I've been eating here for about 16 years and have never been disappointed. It's more of... More

We met here for late afternoon coffee/tea. The place was busy and active during our visit. We split a confetti square and it was way too sweet for our tastes. And the water jugs were never refilled! Needed a bit of a tidy up but we would certainly try it again!

I was told this place was pretty unreal when it came to sandwiches so we grabbed some on our way out of town. The bread as all made fresh which is pretty nice. You get to pick what you want on your sandwich for toppings too. I guess I just thought it would be cheaper. We didn't even get drinks... More

My family and I regularly visit Lazy Loaf and Kettle. It's a great place to stop for a treat when you're walking along the river, or grab a sandwich to eat on a bench by the river or on their outdoor patio. It's even a great place to head for dessert or coffee with a friend. They offer tender baked... More

My wife and I and our friend and his fiancé stopped at the Lazy Loaf Kettle Cafe and Bakery for lunch. It is located on a dead end street with parking on each side and in the middle. He was driving a pickup truck and it was very tight to manoeuvre. There was nowhere to park so we ended up... More
