on 13 August 2016, my partner and I had an excellent yet pricey dinner perfectly executed. Though the rosé wine was somewhat warm for the first twenty minutes. An affable waiter tried to use salt and ice to expedite the cooling process to no avail. For a restaurant of this magnitude this is an unacceptable faux-pas. Furthermore , our waitress... More

Visited my brother and family in Canada, we decided to go to The Chef's Table. Food was delicious, I don't usually order tomato soup but this one is one of a kind... It was like hmmm! U can taste the sweetness , little sour with a kick! Customer service, waitress are excellent, friendly staff. The only thing i can say... More

Small, elegant hotel restaurant. The food was clean and amazing. No extra salt or sugar added. Everyone liked their breakfasts.

My husband and I were very much looking forward to having dinner with a couple of friends at the Chef's Table after hearing glowing reviews. The location is great and the small hotel/restaurant very nice looking. We had dinner on the patio, which was intimate and cosy. My compliments will stop there. At $80 (without wine), the 5-course degustation menu... More

From the moment you enter the lobby of the Riverside Inn you know that this is a piece of heaven. This Art Hotel has an very special restaurant with food that is out of this world. The restaurant is open and airy.

During a two night stay at this hotel we decided to have dinner here with our room dining credit. We opted for the three course chef's menu. It was excellent. Started with a steak tartar, a fish main course and a peanut butter ganach dessert. Each of these items had great accoutrements with them that added and brought out the... More

After living in Calgary for more than four years I just happened to discover this little gem. After a walk along the Bow River I stopped in for a Glass of wine and a "little something" - it was so relaxing to be on the patio. Absolutely loved their "Flytes & Bytes" - a special charcuterie board paired with wine.... More

We stayed at the Kensington Riverside Inn during the Easter break this year, and while we were there we had dinner at Chef's Table. This was by far the very best meal (and there were a lot of good ones) we had while in Calgary. We ordered a la carte from the menu instead of doing the tasting menu. Everything... More

This is a very small place attached to a lovely little boutique hotel in Kensington. Its bistro style.. the kitchen is always visible. The staff and server were excellent and the chefs... well, amazing really... there was no noise or clanging in the kitchen.. it was a quiet, efficient well-oiled machine.. very professional and the results? wow! simply outstanding.. very...
