Service was wonderful. Cafe was quite busy but the staff kept the line moving and made everything fresh at lightening speed. Definitely going to go back as it is possibly the least expensive place to eat in the area.

Thank Janice C
Management response:

Thanks Janice. We try our best, will see you again soon. More

Hotel places have $30-$50 meals. Upstairs restaurant in Village is HORRIBLE. This place has great food and a great staff. I wish we would have found it sooner and we would have done breakfast and lunch here every day.

This seemed to be the most popular place in Lake Louise for a quick bite to eat. There was a moderate line which moved fairly quickly. They had an interesting selection of wraps which were all freshly made and tasty. Would definitely recommend the pizza wrap.

Thanks for waiting. Have you tried the Canadian Club wrap? It's my favourite. Hope to see you again soon Thanks More

We went there for a coffee. There was a long queue, because many people ordered a breakfast. We had to wait some time, but is was definitely worth doing. The coffee was the best we had.

Trailhead was one of the highlights in our Lake Louise trip! The breakfast wraps were delicious, the coffee was VERY good, and the dinners were awesome! It's pretty popular, so be prepared to wait in line (and unfortunately, they were experiencing a shortage of staff, so the hours were cut back... and the wait times were a little bit longer... More

Breakfast wraps! All day! YUMMY breakfast wraps! This place rocks, and is great as a day-starter before hiking. We love their signature Trailhead Wrap, and The Cure is great, too. One regular taught us that you can order two sauces from their extensive menu, so we started doing that. They also have pre-made sammies, pastries, great coffee, and awesome lunch... More

Management response:

Hi Aralani, Thanks for supporting us! Have you tried sweet chilli and Frank's hot sauce on your wraps... That will get you moving up a mountain. Thanks More

My fiance, my father, and myself unfortunately got stuck in the rapidly changing mountain weather while riding our motorcycles this past weekend. As we pulled into the parking lot, we noticed that this coffee shop was still open. We got off our bikes and began trying to get off our soaking wet gear. During this time, unfortunately they where just... More

I'm glad we could bring a smile to your faces, a hot coffe and even a hug to one lucky guy!! come visit us any time! Home will always be here! Thanks More

We had spotted this place the day before and it didn't seem that busy at 4pm in the afternoon. 9am the next morning was a very different matter however. The seats were all full and there were 8-10 people in front of us in the queue. We almost didn't wait, but decided waiting was the best option we had. It... More

Hi, I apologize for the unfortunate customer service you received. We are a little understaffed at the moment but please don't let that be a reason not to return. We are trying out best but glad to hear your breakfast wraps were enjoyable. Appreciate you waiting Thanks More

We had to look for a breakfast place and were disappointed that the kitchen staff were not able to prepare an omelet with just egg whites, as requested. At the time there were only 2 people preparing orders and the wait was long. Tea was not hot as expected.

Thank RashidMarwat
Management response:

Sorry for the disappointment, we follow strict rules to keep to a certain budget and due to trying to serve people as quick as we can makes certain requests unavailable. Hopefully this won't hinder any opportunity to serve you again. See you next time More

Tiny place that manages to push out excellent breakfast sandwiches and lunch options. Seriously understaffed. Long lines
