This restaurant is fabulous! Seating is limited, but the service is quick and the food is fabulous! Their are menu items to pick from, though most items are rotated on the train and requests are promptly made. Fun for the kids and the staff are wonderful.

If we could eat here every day, we would. With a toy train circling the counter to deliver the chef's fresh creations, the experience was delicious and fun. Yummma!

We went to this sushi house on the evening of this Oct 6 Sunday, 2013. When we just stepped in, the boy waiter asked us waiting outside of the house, he said he will called us in when available. So, we went out. After a while, more guests came, and they went in the house, BUT, this waiter did not... More

I recently stayed in Banff as part of a Rocky Mountaineer train tour and wandered into this small Japanese restaurant with a travelling companion, quite by chance. It is hidden away in a side street, but Banff is only a small town so it is not too difficult to find. They work on the same principle as the Yo Sushi... More

Very average running sushi. We have visited the establishment for lunch. We had much better sushi before. The place was empty and the chef was clearly preparing for the afternoon ignoring us. Popular within locals so we may have just be unlucky.

Thought we would try this rather small japanese restaurant and wow it was excellent japanese food! Good thing about it is there is a food train and you can choose what you want by sight. If you like fried chicken it is a definite must, delicious!

A little train ran around a line carrying dishes from which we could choose to eat. The dishes were colour coded by the plates they were on and so you knew the price of each dish. You ate what you fancied and then paid at the end when he plats had mounted up! Interesting to watch the sushi makers assemble... More

We always go to The Sushi House when the family is in Banff. As a matter of fact I didn't know the actual name of the place until I looked it up on the net for this review - we always call it Choo Choo Sushi because the sushi comes to you on a little train that constantly circles the... More

Although we eat Sushi in the past, was excited to eat at this restaurant especially with the whole seating and the moving train with food on it. The service is great, the chef is very friendly & the price is economical.
