The Maclab Bistro is a fully licensed cafe and bar located on the ground floor of the Kinnear Centre for Creativity & Innovation, at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity. The Maclab offers some of the best views available of the Canadian Rockies and the Bow Valley. The Maclab offers breakfast items, lighter fare and snacks, and lunch selections such as soups, salads, and paninis. The Maclab Bistro serves Banff Roasting Co. Fair Trade organic coffee. The dinner menu, available from 4:30 P.M., Features freshly made salads, burgers, hot sandwiches, flatbread pizzas, and platters to share. Dine inside, on the patio, or take-away. There are several gluten free options. Menu can be seen on website. Well worth a visit. The food is delicious.
