Neat little find

Ordered the Ruben. Thick slices of meat, nice fresh bread served piping hot. Very cool place tucked away.

I have eaten here twice and both times I was left scratching my head at the end of my meal. I have had the shrimp sandwich and it was very good, the shrimp were plump and the sauce was very tasty. The second time I ate here with my lady, and two sandwiches with sides, and two flavoured San Pelegrinos... More

Fairly good range of sandwiches and subs as well as soup. We had ham and cheese and the ham was simply delicious: thick slices of leg ham rather than the processed stuff. The bread was a day or so old but still tasted nice. Sub came with potato chips and coleslaw. Be warned there are some stairs to navigate.

We almost walked passed this restaurant had the music not caught our attention. We were in a hurry and thought a sandwich would work into our plans. We will definitely be going back on our next trip to Banff. It had delicious food, a great casual atmosphere, and the staff were very friendly. When we paid upfront, I thought the... More

Tried to get a sandwich yesterday but the place was closed. Tried again today and was happy to say the wait was worth it. The squish beef and vegetables potatoes soup was so good. The prawns baguette was a bit overpriced but very tasty. The smoked beef sandwich was great. All meals come with chips and homemade pickled carbage which... More

The service was great, and is open late for a midnight munch. The sandwiches are loaded and contain fresh ingredients and "real" meat (not processed junk). Nice little atmosphere.

I wanted just a simple toasted ham and cheese sandwich. I got a sub with frozen salad( Well it was -20 outside). Sadly no where near what I ordered. My wife's was no better. We were both very disappointed with what we got and the price was too much for what we got. Better off going to Subway!

We needed a quick sandwich to go, it took them at least 10 minutes to make (no other customers around) and then the lady behind the counter, who literally did nothing more than call out our order and take our payment, had the AUDACITY to complain, in french, right in front of us, that we didn't tip her. I guess... More
