We had a late lunch, so stopped in here for a light dinner. The homemade soup was good, and so was the price.

When everyone else has 90+ minute waits for tables Squish was empty. Sandwiches were decent. Lots of meat. Sliced too thick for my linking but didn't phase our 3 teens. Would have liked a choice of no mustard and flavor for chips.. that was the only downside. Pricey for a deli sandwich but in line with the rest of the... More

Well that was a bust. Husbands sandwich prepared incorrectly. Gave it back and they put a few strands of sauerkraut on it. My soup had NO FLAVOR. Maybe we just hit a bad day?

The Rubin is hot and very meaty. Great flavour. I split this with my husband and also had half of a triple decker, which had great flavour and again a good size. Great service. Not much to expect in a basement sandwich shop, but exceeded my expectations!

I have eaten at Squish several times over the last couple of years and it has always been outstanding, but today, it was a disaster! A smoked salmon sandwich and a pop cost $17.79 and it was not the sandwich that I had enjoyed in the past. It used to be served on toasted marble rye and it was loaded... More

Found this place by accident, while looking for some place to eat. It may look like a hole in the wall (or in the basement), but once inside, you will find the place clean and rustic. The owners were very friendly. We have ordered Montreal Smoked Meat - a must to try for every visitor to Canada - it's like... More

It was a cold and rainy afternoon and the wife and I were looking for a hot bowl of soup and a sandwich when we spotted this place. We went down the stairs and saw a very simple dining area with counter service, about half full of customers and some good looking sandwiches. We ordered a Ruben sandwich, told them... More

Ordered 2 turkey/Swiss sandwiches and 2 waters for $35. Almost zero Swiss cheese to be found. Small amount of lettuce, and 2 of the smallest pieces of tomato I've ever seen. This sandwiches was mostly bun, no taste. We were here previously and it was awesome... However after this visit we will not waste our money here again.

2 kids, 2 adults, 4 sandwiches and pops, 75.00. So a bit pricey but the food is good, service ok. Downstairs location a little bit quieter than Main Street. Would visit again.

After a huge power cut just about the whole of Banff was closed even McDs so where to go for breakfast?????? Squish saved our bacon. Great service and amazing breakfast sandwiches that fuelled us up for a long day. Without this place we would have struggled. Thanks boys
