Sandwiches, cakes, sourdough bread, cookies, muffins, scones, brownies, pastries and one of the best croissants I've ever had the privilege to eat. I even spied a heritage pain au levain! There were more things in the display case then when I got there at 7:45 am so for best selection maybe don't go right when they open or go early... More

My husband and I had the morning/ early afternoon free yesterday. I had wanted to try a Nanaimo bar and I read that Wild Flour had really good ones. This is very true! It had been snowing as we were wandering around Banff, and so we decided to find Wild Flour and make a quick stop. He got the soup... More

Family of four stopped by for a hot chocolate and some snacks. Friendly greeting and great quality food. Worth a visit for a quick sit down or takeaway.

This is the kind of funky bakery I really like, but it's just not quite there. The muffins and croissants, etc, are made with heart, but… they just seem to be lacking a little in the flavor department. It's still a good place to have a cup of coffee and a light breakfast or snack.

Really nice people and yummy coffee, hot chocolate, sandwiches. Way more personal and better in quality than your standard Starbucks. The branch on Banff Ave. is smaller and has a smaller selection of things to eat, but it is open longer (the main cafe on Bear St. closes at 4:00pm).

Over the past 2 years, during our annual 10 day trip to Banff, this has become our go to place for grabbing breakfast and lunch for taking up the ski hills. The fresh bread is always good and made up into interesting sandwich combinations and the pain au chocolat and pumpkin muffins are great and sometimes still warm. Coffee can... More

Great coffees, and love the bread! Always a great spot for a coffee, the sweet potato loaf is delicious and the soup is often vegan! Wild Flour is a great spot for lunch.

It's nice to have freshly baked bread & crusty at that ! Coffee is good. This was the place people just kept rolling into this place. Located one street back from the main street where all the good places hide. They offer breakfast sandwiches, lunch rolls & sandwiches, cakes & soup. This is the place!

Whether baguette or multigrain loaf, their bread has a crisp crust that crunches. I detest soft hamburger roll bread. Great croissants both plain, almond and chocolate flakey just as they should be. you can eat in or take out

A great variety of breads, sandwiches, focaccia, soups, salads and baked goods. Everything tasted fresh, delicious and simple. Turkey sandwich, curry lentil soup and a coconut Craisin cookie were all a part of a fantastic lunch stop!
