Typical coffee shop fare with a variety of wraps. Popular place for bread, go early in the morning for best choice of bread.

This is a cute coffee shop that has lots of good food as well. Their oatmeal is amazing for breakfast. The staff is always friendly. While I’ve never stopped for lunch it always looks amazing when I see others eating it.

We stopped in because we got a passport from our hotel for 10% and are so glad we did (and glad we got there just before it got even busier!) It was the weekend so we were lucky to be able to grab a sticky...More

We stopped at the Wild Flour on Bear Street for a late breakfast or early lunch. There are not many tables here. It may seat 40 people between about 10 tables and counter along the window facing the street. However, the seat turnover is fairly...More

Morning ritual - walk down the block to Wild Flour for an almond latte and toast. Although other cafes have almond milk, these guys do it really well. Almond milk can be tricky but each day coffee was consistently good.

Far best vegan cake I have ever tasted. Very rich and flavourful, you would never know it’s dairy free (a requirement for my family) and gluten reduced. A must try if you like chocolate.

A friend and I were doing a little downtown shopping and stopped in for a brownie and a muffin. Delicious. What a nice little perk to our already great afternoon. It’s a must for anyone who enjoys quality baked goods .

Don’t bother with anywhere else for coffee. Locally owned and operated this is a great place to stop by. Had yummy porridge one morning for breakfast and another enjoyed the frittata sandwich. Lovely friendly service.

Good start of the day. It was pretty busy on Sunday morning, but we managed to find a spot. Good local bakery.

Each day we were there they had a limited selection of sandwiches on their fabulous bread. They appeared to have a choice of three. They always had a vegetarian offering too.

They do offer gluten free alternatives to most meals. You can check in with them on line or at the counter. They are very friendly folk who will make sure that you get what you cn eat!
