This restaurant and lounge is up at the Banff centre and is a real gem. We made reservations on open table for the dining room but figured out when we arrived that the tasting menu (fondue) was only available in the lounge. So we moved. The lounge doesn't have as much atmosphere as the restaurant as it is very bright... More

Getting there isn't easy and then you discover the dining room is a badly sectioned off portion of what looks like a university dining hall. The waiters and servers are excellent even to the point of hinting they wouldn't order what you have just chosen. Then comes the food. Dehydrated bison is not high on my favourites list and I... This seemed like eating at a university campus, but boy, was the food amazing. We shared the elk pate and a beetroot soup, and I had the duck for my main. Every bite was completely amazing, and the service was spot on (granted, not a busy night!) On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality of... More

We traveled here on New Years Eve for dinner and it was AMAZING. the chef's were extremely accommodating (we had a vegan and a celiac with us) and everything was truly just amazing. Everything from the service right down to the food was top notch.

I went with my family on my birthday and was not disappointed, the food, the service and the view were absolutely first class. Well done and thank you for an unforgettable evening.

It was an experience, one I would repeat. The Banff Centre has a dinning space on the 4th floor that holds the Three Ravens. A very beautiful space over looking the valley, the room hosting many Banff Centre art pieces, with comfortable seating (as in lots of room). The chef staff of an Australian and a Québécois have created a... More

I dined at Three Ravens last night with my family who were visiting me from the UK and we were all very impressed with the experience. Our server, Chris, was very knowledgable not just of the menu but also any questions that was sent his way. He was able to recommend a beer to my Dad which he then throughly... More

We were staying at the Banff Centre so this was a good choice for a family meal one evening. It's on the top floor of one of the buildings so if you are visiting from the town area get instructions as to where to go. The view is fantastic (we saw it in the morning rather than during our meal... More

We were there for a conference! Variety of foods for different diets... The breakfast was rich; lunch and dinner were pretty good for what we usually get in other conferences... The view is just extra-ordinary and is really worth going. The staff was very friendly and the service was okay!

Not sure what all the fuss is about. The food was average, at best, as was the service. It had a nice view, but that's where the appeal of the place ends. We were rushed and did not enjoy our experience. There are much better places in town.
