I'm not accustomed to fine dining but eating at Three Ravens sure opened my eyes to well prepared food with amazing flavours. The service was excellent and the view was second to none. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy amazing food and a stunning view.

Our visit this year was just after our 1st wedding anniversary, and an absolute treat it was to be back. Nothing was too much and we were treated fantastically, the food and service both excelled and did not let down at all. Highly recommend to everyone.

We had our anniversary dinner at Three Ravens restaurant. First, The Bad: parking is pretty limited and there are little to no signs guiding you to the restaurant. Now for The Good: this restaurant has a small area space yet still maintains a very intimate setting. The views of the surrounding mountains were breathtaking. Service was great, our server had... Had dinner at Three Ravens tonight. Food and views were incredible. While the Banff Center campus isn't the warmest venue, the staff and the panoramic views of the valley and mountains more than compensated. And then there was the food. Terrific. Two appetizers between my wife and I (mussels for me and prawns for her) both had interesting but not... More

Definitely one of the best meals we have had in awhile. The artisan salad greens with roasted squash was the best salad my husband has ever had. The salmon and beef tenderloin were cooked to perfection. Each course was so flavorful and complex. Loved the gluten-free options and added touches of hand-made butter and home-grown micro-greens. The portions were substantial... More

5 Stars is for the food and service. Patrons beware - very, very difficult to find this restaurant. Parking close by (there is no such thing) or near is difficult. You have to navigate up a walk way, stairs, up an elevator and then another outdoor walk way. It's winter time so it way almost a double diamond with some... More

The Three Ravens is a restaurant on the grounds of the Banff Centre. I had a prix fixe meal as part of a group of about thirty. The décor of the Three Ravens is very pleasant, and this is obviously a rather high end place. I started with the Itsumo Ahi Tuna Carpaccio. This is a rather fanciful creation described... More

I was at this restaurant couple of weeks ago after hearing good reviews. My friends and I arrived at 6:30 pm for our reservation. We went to get our food since it was a buffet. Immediately I noticed the chefs were taking the empty shavers away and I thought they were bring out fresh ones. However, I asked the chef... More

Nestled on a mountain slope at the Banff Centre for the Arts, Three Ravens has a stunning view. The meal was good, but considering the reviews we were expecting outstanding, and outstanding it was not. We were a table of 5, and 4 of us ordered the bison as the main course, and we were all a bit disappointed. Good,... More

The restaurant sits atop the 10th floor and has great views in a very cool, quaint vibe to it. The staff was really great very friendly and did a great job. However we found the food to be very bland and ordinary. Even the amusee had no real taste. The grilled pork chop was much like you might receive in... More
