There was 7 in the family for dinner. I ordered the grilled shrimp which was excellent, my husband ordered the yellow-tail, garlic grilled which was fantastic. 2 had the beef stuffed potato which was tasty, another had fried shrimp also a good choice. This was one of the best meals we had down there. I would definitely recommend it again.

My husband and I were so disappointed with this place after all the rave reviews, plus a recommendation from a local. Maybe we didn't order the right dishes. We had wanted to try them with freshly caught fish, but unfortunately the fish gods were not smiling on us the night we came. But I was excited to see lobster on... More

The food and variety is ok, nothing great. You can depend on getting an authentic Mexican meal, with a good marguerite for a decent price.

We ate here twice for dinner. I had the fresh fish grilled ajo(garlic) style. OMG was it great. Hubby had seafood soup, looked very good but not my thing. My son had grilled shrimp. His was good but all of us agreed that my fresh yellowtail was the best. Came back two nights later and all three of us had... More

This place, like most of the restaurants in Los Barriles, serves a variety of typical Mexican food, with decent service, reasonable prices and a variety of strong drinks.

Our last night in Los Barriles we met up with Julie Marks and she recommended to try their Red Snapper and we were not disappointed. It was delicious! We also had fried clams which turned out to be scallops and were also delicious and also their margaritas! Staff was very friendly and service was great.

Good food and lovely atmosphere..was busy so it took a long time for the drinks and food to come. Seafood paella was ok...Mango Margarita was tasty.

We had fresh fish and margaritas a couple of nights here - really good. Didn't venture off and eat much else but we were always very happy with our fish and a big tasty margarita. Would highly recommend. I also heard they do a great job cooking your own catch if you go fishing.

We went on a Thursday night, the crowd was fun (drunk 60 year old crowd). There was a pair of Mexican musicians who did a great job. The food was fair. I had a combo platter and nothing stood out.

This main street restaurant in Los Barriles has a 2 page menu, one in English and one in Spanish. The combo plates are numerous with choices of just about any combination you could construct. I had the Mexican Combo which was a rather good small steak, Chile Rellenos delicious beans, Guacamole, rice, and casadia for $12.50. Others had similar with... More
