This is a great restaurant! Hidden gem. Walking distance from Grand Mayan via the beach, or short taxi ride. It's right on the marina, all outdoor covered. Very small kitchen, very limited staff. Be patient when you come, may take a while to get a seat and put in your order, and the food is cooked to order. It says... More

We return to Estudio Cafe many times during our annual visit to Nuevo Vallarta. Sitting on the Marina, looking at the many boats, sipping on Champaign and Bloody Marys, waiting for the "Slow food preparation" - not at all bad. The French Toast is the very best - the Bread comes from downtown PV bakery - fresh daily. Omelets, eggs,... More

In the mood for a light dinner. Had an excellent vegetable soup and the house salad ( bit oversalted) with banana split and mango mousse for dessert. A real shame that they were out of the apple crepes. Good service.

My daughter and I enjoyed breakfast burritos at Estudio Cafe. Fresh, simple ingredients and inexpensive. The orange juice was fresh squeezed and delicious. The two of us ate for around $11. Best to pay in pesos.

We ate here for a mid morning breakfast on a Tuesday morning. The food was very good and the total cost for two including coffee was about $16 USD. The restaurant is right on the marina and it was a decent quiet place to enjoy. I had a shrimp omelet and my wife had a spinach omlet. A decent place... More

What should have taken at the most an hour to have a leisurely breakfast for two took 2 hours due to extremely poor service. Our food was cold when it arrived and the fruit was bruised and over-ripe, what cutlery we had was greasy and the wait staff were very non-challant with no regard for service. We were extremely disappointed.... More

Taken there by locals. Good breakfasts at a resonable price, together with an art gallery. Owners in attendance and good atmosphere, looking out over the local marina. Guitarist soft enough so you can converse. Variety of egg dishes....

We went to Estudio for a Sunday breakfast and was pleased as always with their wonderful menu. We came there two times during our three week stay. The pancake plate was excellent and plentiful and the Mexican food was superb. I can recommend the spinach omelet. They have a wonderful singer(Julie ) on Sunday mornings who makes the atmosphere even... More

Description
We take pride in feeding both body and soul since the year 2000. Charming family ambiance with a splendid view of the marina, surrounded by art. Meeting point for artists, writers and thinkers. AAA rated 2 diamonds. Look us up in the Mexico Tour Book. Home cooked family recipes. Strictly fresh, natural ingredients, preferably organic, cooked in traditional, no-nonsense ways. We adhere to the "slow food" movement for proper cooking and enjoying. During high season (October through April), we serve breakfast , lunch and dinner Monday through Thursday. Friday, Saturday and Sunday we serve breakfast and lunch only. In low season (May to July) dinner is not served. We close August and September.
