Good selection, excellent service and very good taste. On Saturday night it was really full but the staff still made an effort to squeeze us in without reservation. :)

The food was excellent and they have unique dishes but the service at the restaurant was awful, they took 30 minutes to take our order and they barely asked if we needed anything. They left dirty dishes on the table for a long and we had to ask at least three for something before they brought it. It was disappointing... More

Incredible Sushi but service was slow and disappointing. We went here twice and both times the service was slow but the food was great! The prices are also very comfortable and good atmosphere.

I know....you're thinking, "What? Asian food in Mexico!" Yes!! The Nicksan knows how to do it with experienced chefs. The food was absolutely prepared to perfection and the presentation top notch. Service is excellent. Manuel, our waiter, was so very pleasant and knowledgeable of the items on the menu. The restaurant has a high end appearance and they deliver. I... More

There really is something for everyone here, but you may have to spend some time reading the menu. The wait staff was excellent, professional, and knew when to come and when to leave us alone. The wine list looked excellent, ¨MUST TRY THE SIGNATURE MARTINIS¨ Try the Tuna tostada. At our table we had the baked scallops, sashimi salad (shared) and... More

We (2 couples) ordered. Food was relatively good and portions were generous. Waiter asked us if we wanted water and we told him regular water would be fine. Finished our meal and asked for the "cuenta". To our great surprise and deception, each couple was charged 75 pesos ($4.50 US) for a bottle of water we did not see (half... More

The sushi salad had a beautiful presentation large portion (lots of fish) but it was salty. Not a very good start. The chicken... More

The main course food was only mediocre but the appetizers of the sashimi salad and the cucumber salad were quite large and did a good job of filling us up. The service was inattentive and since we were just two people and not part of the larger parties, we seemed to be ignored. I'll not go back.

I have been to Nicksan Los Cabos and I have to tell you that their service is much better than the one in Vallarta. I think it is a nice place. Great location and it is beautiful but the Los Cabos one is much better. The food was very good and drinks were great.

Thank Cecilia L

The perfect fusion of two cultures, combining Mexican and Japanese talent and creativity to develop a unique and attractive menu, that will surprise the most discerning palates. We exceed expectations.
