First time I've eaten here. The breakfast service was great, and the food good. I speak enough Spanish, so only ordered in Spanish, not sure if there is a language barrier. Two adult men full breakfast including coffee was under $10, and left full with a little leftovers.
Not only was the food delicious (I had the chilaquilles with shredded beef and verde sauce), we were seated immediately and served quickly. Rosy came over herself to make sure we were enjoying everything. We will definitely return to this restaurant!
Friends who have a condo at Rocky Point recommended Rosy's for their Friday night all you can eat fish fry for $10. We went for breakfast. No Bueno. The tortillas were not even home made. Honestly we couldn't even eat them. The eggs were just ok. Never will we go back. How can you be a restaurant in Mexico and not have good tortillas. Orange juice was frozen concentrate.
