My husband and I were just passing through Hermosillo for the night on our drive south to Jalisco and were fortunate to find Santos Grill on Trip advisor. Excellent service and great selection of carne and pescado. We started with an incredible Portobello mushroom stuffed with shrimp stewed with cream and gratin tomatillo sauce with gouda cheese. Could have been dinner. Perfectly cooked. My husband went with the filet mignon with really good mashed potatoes. So good I had to have a bite - and I don't eat red meat. My cabrilla, grilled fillet served over sautéed spinach with mushrooms and red onion in parsley sauce could be the best fresh fish I've ever had. All this plus excellent service and a bartender that makes a great dry vodka martini!

This restaurant is perfect for brunch with friends. Their bakery, coffee, and breakfast are delicious and have a super friendly and helpful staff. Located in a lovely area of ​​the city and has valet parking.

My wife and I invited her parents for lunch. They had a TV on the wall where they would show photos of the various dishes available in the menu. The dishes looked amazing in the photos, beautifully arranged. I jokingly told the waiter "I assume the actual dishes look just like that", since in my experience the actual dishes never look anything like the photos in the menu. He replied "of course", and I assumed he was joking.
Boy, was I wrong. The actual dishes looked beautiful, just like on the photos, and tasted amazing. I had the fish in a light sauce (the name escapes me) and was among the best dished I've had in a while. Everyone at the table was very happy with their dishes.

Went to have breakfast with family, we had an awesome experience, food tasted great!! We had an Ajillo Omelette which is and omelette filled with garlic mushrooms and spinach with a guajillo sauce, great combination of flavors, also had a machaca omelette and eggs over easy with a gordita. Awesome combination of flavors, great service, good coffee.
Great place to have breakfast!!

I would put this in an intermediate place because of the bad experience I had with the waiters because they never stopped looking at and harassing my girlfriend with their eyes, they didn't even try to be discreet because they didn't even let us eat, terrible experience in the place
