Description
A friendly pub serving traditional food and well kept real ales. Dog, children, cyclist and walker friendly, with outside patio and garden area and now a NEW childrens play area. Fantastic views of Haytor on Dartmoor from the bar and newly refurbished barn. The welcome stranger is now owned by Neil and Julie Elliott, previously of The Claycutters in Chudleigh Knighton, The Highwaymans Haunt in Chudleigh, The Old Inn at Widecombe and The Rock Inn at Haytor. Right next to the A38, and easy to get to from Exeter, Plymouth, Torquay and Dartmoor.
