We were there with the family, people different ages and everybody was satisfied with both food and service. I have to mention especially our waiter Srdjan who went above and beyond to make everybody feel welcomed and in a good mood. The food in Godo is traditionally international and very interesting, a good change from rather similar offers that you can find all over the city. Kudos to the chef! Interior design is also very nice and clean, but not pretentious. They were thinking about everybody: kids have their corner to spend some time, and there is an inside and outside siting option as well. We visited Godo on multiple occasions over the years and were never disappointed. Only one small remark regarding room for improvement: we were surprised to realize that in early July, at the beginning of tourist season some items are missing from the offer. Even my Saltinboca bianca was missing a sage leaf?! A bit strange since that is not hard to find. Also, pink gin and tonic and Malaga ice-cream were not available. Nevertheless, overall experience was pleasant and we will definitely come back.

Great views of the river

Belgrade was our stop over before travelling back home. Stayed at new part of the city called Novi Belgrad and there we had time to walk by the river. We stopped at this restaurant. Godo had great meals and very friendly staff. The music was also so relaxing. Recommended for chill out in afternoon away from busy city

"Godo" is located on the river Sava and it is wonderful in the summer. We go there very often for a drink and sometimes for lunch or dinner. Everything is excellent, especially THE BEST STAFF IN BELGRADE!

We waited a long time for our food, while we ordered salad and pasta with four types of cheese. The meal of salad with grilled salmon arrived with fried salmon (and four small pieces). The salad had no dressing or seasoning... Horrible. The pasta with four types of cheese was not even cooked. The cooking cream was served almost cold, because of which the guy had stomach problems all day. All in all, the most horrible restaurant so far, horrible horrible horrible! Avoid this restaurant!!!!!!

From very nice to very bad

Few days ago, I was at dinner with my friends. Although, first impression was quite satisfying, by the outside/inside design, and no crowd atmosphere, the rest of night was a disaster. I didn't expect the waiter to be on stand-by by my table, but firsly, he forgot the right order. Secondly, the food we had for dinner was not very good, regarding the comments and ratings for this place. Beside the fact, that the food was clumsy and poorly prepared, waiter didn't pass by to ask if anything was fine, which was not. Everything seemed to be unpractised and careless, which was ended by endless bill waiting. As of me, I was not very pleased by the service and food here.

Beautiful Views

Very nice location, overlooking the river. Pleasant environment and kind staff. The food is very good - pizza, salads, turkey, chicken. It is very good for the families with little kids as it has indoor play area.

Nice Steaks!

My 2nd time at Godo and both times it was very nice! The steak is amazing! Had the one with Gorgonzola sauce and it was very soft and tasty. Cheers!

Very Nice Place On The Sava

We ae here by local recommendation and were not disappointed. Very Clean! Good atmosphere without the music being too loud! We could hold sensible conversation without shouting. Food was good quality and very good value! Recommended!!

We come by recommandation for this place. It is on river Sava, with very nice view, plesent atmosphere, very prifessional staff and very nice food... I would recommend this place to everyone , and I would definitely come back!

Great place, staff, food! Pet friendly. Prices affordable. First time- We were there with two large sized dogs - not a problem for them. Food was amazing (I had vegan pasta, excellent! Friend had Cezar salad, very pleased, said there was maybe a bit less meat but that wasn't a problem. And French fry, excellent!). Staff was very pleasant. I expected higher prices. We came back on a couple of other occasions, and still very pleased!

Variety of beverages and great cocktails. Some tasty desserts, but I don't think they're homemade (I might be wrong, I don't eat sweets that often). Food is good, but nothing special. Focus is on drinks.

The place is nice,well maintained. It used to have very good kitchen, the quality dropped a little, but still nice for a small snack or two. On the upper side of Sava still The one.

I have been to Godo couple of times, and only for drinks. It is one of the few nice places on the Savski Kej, a tad bit fancy, but still enjoyable! Nothing stands out, but if you're up for a cozy place, this is it!
