Hidden gem

This restaurant is a short walk from the main marina eating holes. Large portions of simple, tasty food mostly cooked on a bbq. The freshly made bottles of chilli sauce are excellent and can be purchased, so you can enjoy a little bit of Mexico when you get back home. It can get very busy, especially on live music nights, but the service is always very efficient and friendly.

One of my Favorite Restaurants in PA

This is always a restaurant we visit twice while vacationing in PA. The food is delicious, drinks are great, and so is the service...thanks Artemio and Isaac! The grilled shrimp and fish are always so fresh and the curry is my brother's favorite. We had no problem keeping our distance during the "Covid" issue, since the restaurant has lots of room to spread out!! P.S. Desserts are yummy, too!! Needless to say...we will be back...hopefully soon!

We are moving back to Puerto, I miss Latitude 20!

The staff, food, service, atmosphere, everything about Latitude 20 is home! The restaurant sits on the water so you catch the cool Caribbean breezes underneath the tall palapa. Great jerk chicken, fish tacos, ribs, and the best Happy Hour around. They have the best steak in town and lobster when in season. Live music on the weekend plus trivial pursuit to keep you entertained. Plus, the owner is the nicest guy you will ever meet!

Well... I’m not sure why everyone

Well... I’m not sure why everyone gave this place such great reviews.. I got the fish tacos- they were not good, they were filled with rice (weird) and covered in their sweet sauce (also weird). My husband got the steak torta- He was it was interesting in a not so good way. My daughter got the latitude pizza- it was just okay. Overall food and drinks were not authentic from my past experiences. The only thing that was good was the view and the service. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this place.

Horrible experience

This place is absolutely horrible. I found the place to be absolutely filthy. The tables and chairs are the cheapest most uncomfortable outdoor furniture money can buy. The meal is prepared on a filthy outdoor grill which appears never to be cleaned. The staff tries hard but they don't have a lot to work with. I found the owner to be rude and he appeared to be intoxicated. There are so many other places in Puerto Aventuras, try them. I will never go back. I gave them 1 star but I would rather have given the zero starts.

A great place for dinner and enjoy the view.

During my recent trip to Puerto Adventures I made regular stops at Latitude 20. During my first visit I tried the Fish Fingers and my daughter had the Latitude Shrimp Pizza. Well the rest of the week I had Filet Mignon which was cooked excellent. I should have taken a picture when I cut it, but it was so delicious I forgot to. One secret element is the Latitude Tamarind-Chipotle Sauce which graced the steak. I loved it so much that I bought a bottle to bring home. They didn’t have enough in stock for me to purchase more because my friends bought some to. Enjoy the ambiance and enjoy the food.

Favorite restaurant/bar in Puerto Aventuras!

We have been going to Latitude 20 for the past two years and it is definitely our favorite spot in Puerto Aventuras. Never had a bad meal there and it ‘s a great place to meet and socialize with residents and tourists. I can’t say enough good things about the staff. They quickly know you by name and after a few visits they’ll even remember what you drink. During high season they have great live music 3 nights a week. I highly recommend Latitude 20!

Our all time favorite place to be in PA since 2013. Great food, great staff and great entertainment. Jim is a good guy who treats his customers with respect, even if sometimes they don't deserve it. We will continue to frequent this restaurant because we and so many of our friends call it home. Salude

So much fun here. This local hang out was 1 block from our condo & we went there numerous times during our stay. Happy Hour deals are awesome. I really enjoyed the shrimp tacos & also the ribs. Whatever that magic sauce is that they have (not the hot one) you MUST try… you can put that sh!t on a shoe & it will taste great!

Great food and local vibe

Great service, very reasonable prices, friendly staff and the food was wonderful. Steak was grilled perfectly, huge shrimp, Mahi Mahi was a 10, grilled veggies and real baked potato. We arrived 3 minutes prior to the expiration of "happy hour" and our server let us know to order drinks right away to take advantage. Great vibe, great band, great value and the location is very good. We would return in a second, dined twice during our week stay at the nearby Dreams Resort.

Having eaten lunch here last year, my wife and I were looking forward to coming back for dinner. We were not disappointed. Being a Saturday, we called ahead for a reservation. Good idea - at 7.30 the restaurant was packed. The atmosphere is great - right along the canal. And this night they had a tight little 4 piece band doing jazz/swing. The service was very good, as was the food. We each had quesadillas - chicken and shrimp. They were perfection. Topped off with a chocolate brownie and flambeyed banana! With two glasses of wine and a coffee, the bill was under 600 pesos. Can't beat that! Go! It is highly recommended.

It's good if you can get into Puerto Aventuras!

If you are not staying in Puerto Aventuras, forget about eating here! This is a restaurant that we used to dine at frequently, but in the last year or so you need to have a QR code to get into PA. We are full time residents living in a community in Akumal. This time, When calling for our reservation, we were told that we do not give QR codes, but will call Security with your information. Forget that!! We were turned away twice even after we were told that Security was called. Finally someone from the restaurant came to the front gate and somehow got us is. Other places in PA will generate QR codes for you, but not Latitude. When we finally got in, we missed HH. Do you think that they would at least honor one HH drink.. Nope. There were 2 other people there when our group of 6 came and we were the only other table all night. I guess Latitude does not want outside business... As always their steaks are the best around and the service was fine. However, Unless they start to provide QR codes, we will be eating elsewhere!

Our favorite dining spot in PA

Food is absolutely amazing at great prices. We spent 10 nights in PA on our last trip and believe we ate here 5 out of the 10 nights. The bands that play here are also awesome. You must stop here when in PA. Highlights are Tacos, Ribs, Grilled Shrimp.

Best Steak in Puerto Aventuras

I’m very fussy when it comes to ordering steak at a restaurant, as it usuallly comes overcooked, and or tough.with no flavour. Last evening Feb. 27th, I decided to try the filet (as it was recommended by friends) LET ME TELL YOU!!!! This was the best steak that I’ve had in years. The cut of the filet had to be 2” thick, and I didn’t even need a knife to cut through it. Done to perfection, juicy and the flavour was amazing!! I certainly will be back to enjoy another one prior to departure! Len Warner

Great little bar

Great spot to go out with a group of friends. Food was good so was the service. They had a great country band when we were there. Plays 7 to 9pm. Had the crowd going and dancing. Make reservations as it's pretty busy. My only complaint is they charge 5% for the use of a credit card.
