My wife and i chose Massimo for dinner based on other reviews. My wife has the seafood pasta while i opted for the parpartelle (?). My wife raved about her meal, i was less enthusiastic. The service was average, as was the ambience. With 2...cerveza and 2 vino the cuenta was just over 1000 pesos - a decent price.More
2 couples. Had seafood fettuccine. Not great. Clams were not cooked. Others in party had same experience. Over priced. Spoke with others in our complex and they were not impressed also. They would not return. We would not return on next visit to Puerto Aventuras.
We ate there on first day in Puerto Adventura.
The place was packed but we scored the perfect table, Service was prompt and attentive. The measl was perfect different dishes all the way around so we did the sample thing. Everything good.
We'll be back
We stopped in for a light snack and some drinks over Christmas, and were very pleased with the wonderful service. Felt very welcome, and appreciated being able to order something small from the menu, without being "pushed" to order more. Would highly recommend.
We ate here a few times over the last few weeks and all of our meals were really good. I tried spaghetti bolognaise, pepperoni and mushroom pizza and the meat lasagna. All were great. The ladies had carbonara and ravioli with mushrooms. My wife really...misses the ravioli with walnuts and blue cheese that used to be on the menu.
The staff was attentive and professional. Can’t wait to return next yearMore
Busy night but no excuse for the worst service (or should I say, lack of service) I have ever experienced. We ordered our appetizer and entree after getting a glass of wine. The cheapest bottle of wine there is over 200 pesos more than the...other restaurants on the marina, hence, the glass. During our 1 hr. 15 min. wait for our appetizers, we asked our waiter 4 or 5 times "when is our appetizer coming?", the last we heard was in 1 minute, so we waited another 15 minutes, still no appetizer or explanation, so we left very frustrated and had excellent food and service at a nearby restaurant.More
As locals in Puerto Aventuras we try to support the local restaurants in the area.
This evening I ordered the pepperoni pizza and my wife ordered the calamari. My pizza crust tasted like hard cardboard, the sauce was bland and my overall rating is a...zero. My wife's calamari wasn't any better, it was poorly seasoned, breaded and pan fried. Her dish was also a huge disappointment. On top of it all, the owner sat at the back of the Restaurant with is dog which spent most of its time barking loudly. Our meal cost us a little over $55. Way over priced considering the quality of our meal. Avoid this pit.More
Very good dinner. For starters we had the grilled veggies with goat cheese and a regular tossed salad. Grilled veggies were very good. We both had stuffed ravioli, my husband opting for ravioli with sausage and mushrooms in a tomato sauce, I had salmon in...a white sauce. Homemade pasta. Both were very good and good portion sizes. We had no room for dessert.
Service was friendly and attentive but not overbearing.
Best meal we had on our holiday and would return.More
