For a first timer this is a fun place with nightly entertainment. We have been going for years, and are greeted by long time employees.New location is an improvement. However after the last three times while the food was ok ,the margaritas were lacking something, like tequila.Wanted to like it like I used to, however even with 2/1 margaritas that... More

This is one of our favorite restaurants. Gabby is the best owner I know. She is always visiting the tables to make sure everything is great. The food is amazing every time we go. I love the great new location. This restaurant is a keeper for many years to come. Anyone reading this review and planning to visit Ixtapa, you... More

We were lured in. My gf really needed to pee so I felt bad for the guy showing me the menu, I was walked in. I wasn't given the menu, I had to ask for it. We ordered queso fundido with chorizo which wasn't great and two margaritas, which were watered down. The seafood burrito was good but her milanesa... More

This is now located where Da Baffone used to be. Nice location so glad to see something is in there now. Really enjoyed the music. A guy on a keyboard with taped back up music, singing Buddy Holly type/era music. very good. I'm not a margarita drinker but had one here and it was the best! We all had fajitas... More

Every time we've been here we go fishing and bring what we catch to La Malinche. This year they did not disappoint. We brought a variety of fish and they made us a couple appetizers, a soup and the main course, all of which were amazing. The service of the staff is great and they are all very friendly. We... This is our "go too" restaurant for a gourmet fish dinner. We go fishing every year and this is where we bring the fish we catch. It is prepared multiple different ways including appetizers and soup prior to the main course which consists of fish prepared in multiple ways plus free vegetables and Spanish rice. Prices are reasonable and the... More

Went for dinner and the food and service were excellent. We went for breakfast and it is a different story. The breakfast is good, but the service is not as good. Unfriendly staff. After they serve you breakfast, they just forget about you. Coffee was cold and they never offered us a refill. They include the tip in the bill,... More

Walked past this restaurant 3 nights in a row and it was busy every time. Good sign. Each night was live music and the open air seating allowed us to see the enjoyment on everyones face. I had the coconut shrimp and my wife had the enchilada verde. Our group has had coconut Shrimp at several restaurants and so far... More

New location but same great food and service. Our first night in town we were disappoint when we walked over to what has become one of our go to place for good Mexican food and found a different restaurant in it's place. Upon further exploration, we found that they were still in tow, but had moved to a better and... More
