Interesting inside. Food was ok

Very cool inside. We had coupons from the Krystal to eat there so we had a stripped down menu. Food was ok and the presentation was excellent but too classy for us. Portions are small so don't be afraid to order multiple appetizers and main courses. We do that all the time because we know that the... read more

The guy at the door was rude - we felt uncomfortable being there - couldnt wait to leave. The waiter was polite.

The concept about the restaurant is nice, like Casablanca style but the food was not the best, they need to improve their dishes and presentations, something more exotic and tasty, I was not impressed at all

We did not have a good experience at this hotel. The scenery was beautiful, but the food was expensive. My husband had a steak and it was so tough he could not cut it or chew it. I had lobster 3 wishes and it was not be best tasking lobster.

I have been to ixtapa many times and this was by far the worst hotel I stayed in. only one ala cart restaurant and Bogarts food was awful. Lots of other better places to stay than this. Took advantage of a cheap deal and that what's we got cheap food no entertainment.

I absolutely loved this place from the staff to the service to the food. My favorite Resterant in all of Cancun. The decor and inside this place takes you back into time. Truly amazing experience very dark and romantic inside with water falls and candles everywhere perfect for lovers and small groups. . I give this place 5 Stars and... More

The restaurant is a most do while vacationing in the Ixtapa area. the décor throughout is like being in the movie Casablanca with a river running through it, the food is very good but a little over priced , if you stay at the Krystal hotel you receive one free dinner at Bogart's
