This historic pub is situated half way up the Braunston Locks. It sits on the lock side and has a good menu. You can play traditional pub games and enjoy a relaxing drink sitting in one of the odd chairs or couches. A truly great...More

We ate here on 1/9/17 after mooring our two narrowboats up for the night on the adjacent grand union canal. We'd not long passed the boathouse pub but there were no moorings available so we carried on a bit further and came across the admiral...More

As it's in the canal path I believe so. They also have a lovely outdoor space for warmer days.
