Always busy and popular with locals and visitors. It was fine. You get what you expect and no surprises. As a traveler, I like to discover new things and frankly this is just not that kind of place. Reliable, Mexican comfort food. Best veggie and fruit smoothies.

Roaming along Zicatela you cant help but wonder what makes this place so popular? There was never a time it wasn't packed full, and often a waiting line to get in. So one day we decided to pop in for breakfast, not too long a wait, but not the best seating. However service is pretty good, considering the amount of... More

This is a combination bakery and Cafe. Had both breakfast and lunch there. Everything I had was good especially the cinnamon buns. Great coffee and juices. There's a reason that it is always bustling!

My friends and I had breakfast there once, the place is nice and the food is tourist friendly as us (mexicans) found the food lacking a bit of spice, anyway the food is great and it's not expensive

My husband and I had a nice breakfast of homemade oatmeal with freshly squeezed orange and pineapple juice. It was very reasonable and the service was good.

El cafecito provides, good classic food (nothing fancy or interesting) served with good portions and fairly attentive service. It is best for breakfast or a late lunch.

As many of the reviews have already indicated, this really isn't your best choice for dinner. Stick with breakfast which was great.

Almost always full, Mexicans as well as other tourists- I still can't figure out why. We went as a last resort one morning and both the food and the service were insultingly bad. Took hours for the food and I was sorry when it arrived cold and ugly. Even the " Mexican " dishes are unreal and terrible. The staff... More

We went there several times for breakfast, large portions, very fast, inexpensive and authentic taste. You won't be disappointed.
