Excellent service. Food delicious with plenty of choices for us all. Fish dishes, interesting starters and yummy roast dinners all round!

Whilst the weld Arms has somethings you could easily criticise (toilets being highest amongst those) there is something quite special about the place. It is a great old fashioned local country pub for a drink or meal. It is child and dog friendly and there is nothing nicer than watching the Rugby on a cold Saturday afternoon surrounded by wet... To be completely clear, the food is fab, couldn't fault it. Everything was tasty, as we ordered, quick to arrive and enjoyed by all. The only thing I found odd with the food was that the brownie dessert was served fridge-cold, this may just be me as I would have thought a brownie would be served warm. The staff on... More

Popcorn Seafood starter is brill! Staff are friendly and the atmosphere and decor are tasteful. Were came here for dinner after spending a weekend at Botany Farmhouse. Very close to Lulworth Castle, Lulworth Cove and Durdle door.

No surprise. The staff were more interested in discussing the exchange rate than the customers, the bill was slapped down on the table without asking if dessert/coffee was required. Not the best experience.

Staff were friendly, the ale was kept well and the food was very good. Nice surroundings, a traditional, country pub. If you are in the area, its worth a visit.

Booked to stay one night as we were visiting the local area. Gorgeous old pub, great food, unfortunately our visit was spoiled by a rude woman behind the bar with an attitude problem. My partner took his pint of beer back sit tasted "chemically" he was told there was nothing wrong with it - it was his tastebuds!!! After some... More

This is a lovely pub situation wise and perfect if you have been out walking. There are a few local ales on and my friend really enjoyed his food, but I wasn't quite so enthusiastic. The mushroom soup was nice, the bread a bit dry and margarine, mmm, please give me a choice of butter! The menu was limited and... More
